Card #867MOT: Welcome fans to the Callisto Metroplex and we have a fantastic card for you this evening! Two titles will be up for grabs as Gryt puts up his United Star Championship against Morbid and Endgame, the IMPOSSIBLE TOURNAMENT winner, gets his shot at the Galaxian Heavyweight Championship against the beast himself- End of Days!KRAM: That's right Mot! The goody-goody gets a chance to show the galaxy that he is nothing but a fluke! One match that you forgot to inform the creatins out there in there in vidcam land is that we are broadcasting a rare cosmic cage match this evening! The Black Death team of The Betrayer and Anivar will face off against the wishy-washy Warriors Born! MOT: That's right fans! I was getting to it Kram but as always you jump the gun and blab it out for anyone and everyone to hear. We have a lot to broadcast this evening as Dialectus makes his return on this very card! Wonder what Black Death thinks of the fact that they thought they ended his career back on Card #842? I guess we will find out shortly...anyway fans, to ringside for our first series of matches!**United Stars Championship Title Match (best of 3 Falls)** Morbid shut down Gryt (2 falls to 0): Surprisingly, Gryt held his own through this series of bouts but Morbid's submission styled assault proved too much for the CTA-102 native. The first fall came about after Morbid countered shadow the shadow boxing maneuver by Gryt with a backbrain kick! Morbid followed up with a Snap Uranage move and then quickly locked on the MORBIDLY CRUEL finisher to have Gryt tap out! The second fall came afterwards as Gryt tossed the challenger into the ropes but Morbid executed a flying shoulder block that sent Gryt flying outside of the ring. When the CTA-102 native returned, Morbid used a low blow and locked in the MORBIDLY CRUEL finisher that had Gryt squealing like a pig before once again tapping out! Once again, the GWF has a new United Stars Champion!(** 1/2)Abroz stunned Patch: The upset of all upsets! Patch controlled most of the bout and went for PATCH WORKS but Abroz would counter with a school boy roll up that only garnered a two count. 'The Enlightened One' jumped to his feet and landed a running lariat that put the Fight Club member at Abroz's mercy. Moving in for the proverbial kill, Abroz executed the DIRTY FIGHTER finisher and somehow kept his opponent's shoulders down for the three count. (* 1/2)**Woman's Championship Non-Title Match** Scorn(ch) defeated Mistress: This match was actually pretty decent! Both divas put on a wrestling display that actually kept the arena's attention and several near pinfalls were scored. At the seven minute mark, Scorn used a Sappo Kick and a Holy Crossbody combination to put the challenger down for the duke. (**)As the two divas were making their way back to the locker room, the arena went dark and the fans instantly roared their approval because they seemed to sense what was coming next. A lone spotlight illuminated the ring and a lone figure stood in the center of the spotlight. The figure was none other than Dialectus! His face still bore the hand print that was mercilessly burnt into his skin by Abroz on Card #842. 'The Enlightened One' waited for the crowd to calm down before speaking, " Abroz and his diluted companions deemed it appropriate to attempt to end my existence, but alas, they have failed. While my fallen brethren has been seeking glory here in the GWF, I have been in talks with the Oa Council and we have concluded that this stain on the universe known as 'The Black Death' needs to be vanquished. The Oa council has granted me the authority to use any means necessary to arrive at that conclusion...Abroz, I appeal to you one final time- Come back to Oa and ask for forgiveness before it is too late. 'The Enlightened Ones' will no longer stand back and watch...we will react...Black Death beware!" The spotlight slowly fades and the arena is enveloped in darkness before Dialectus's voice is heard muttering one word..."Beware."Panther Warrior outwrestled Hector: A lot of great action! The Animan and Legend Patriarch took it to the other; but whenever Hector would attempt I KNOW YOUR SECRET, Panther Warrior countered with a school boy roll up and would go on an offensive flurry! The feline Animan landed a spectacular moonsualt and followed up with a series of JUNGLE NIGHTS for the win. (***)FDF Watchmen downed Nosfera & Tricks: The bout began with Tricks pearl harboring Helsin before the opening bell and the maniacal clown would keep the vampire hunter reeling for nearly five minutes before Helsin was able to tag out to his partner. Psi climbed in the ring to lock up with the clown but Tricks tagged out to Nosfera. These two tangled for close to six additional minutes before Nosfera was the recipient of a MIND OVER MATTER maneuver! Tricks stormed the ring but would receive a STAKE TO THE HEART for his trouble! Meanwhile, the referee slapped the mat three times and awarded the bout to the FDF Watchmen. (****)Tauran pinned Tristan: Tristan started the match off with his high impact moves and even landed a Crash and Burn! however, he must have injured his back during the execution of the move because he held his back through the remainder of the bout. Tauran used this to his advantage and adjusted his offense to focus on the Black Death member's injury. After a knee smash and a Scorpion Death Lock, Tauran climbed the turnbuckle and came down with a VICTORY STAR DROP for the pinfall. (*)KRAM: [scoffs] The heroes win the second series of bouts and I wonder exactly what the board of directors are thinking sometimes! I mean, throw the so-called villians a bone once in awhile...sheesh!MOT: Whatever Kram, it's not like the matches have a planned winner...that would be ridiculous! More importantly, Morbid has become the United Stars Champion after sweeping Gryt! I guess the CTA-102 wrestler won't be defending the U.S. title at XMAS COLOSSAL like he has been advertising in the promos. And...what do you think about Dialectus's return? His warning was definitely ominous and foreboding...KRAM: [Interrupts] Wow! You must have swallowed a dictionary this morning...'The Enlightened One' is making threats that fall on deaf ears and there isn't anything that the Oa council can do about Black Death! How do I know? Simple...if they could have done something, it would already have been done! Anyway, it is time to send the 'unwashed masses' back to the squared circle for the next series of matches....Skyscrapers thump Gamemasters: The Aethrans were alll business in this contest! Rush started the bout off early against Thantos with an ADRENALINE RUSH that nearly ended the bout. A few moments later, Rush tagged out to Turmoil and the two performed the finisher CHAOS OF THE CROWD to end the one sided contest. (**)Ghena bloodied Aethran Overmaster: Easily the biggest upset of the card! Ghena withstood several Overmaster Overhead Tosses and a REIGN OF THE OVERMASTER to escape to the arena floor! AOM followed but would caught in a running clothesline and a BRAIN BASHER maneuver before the Black Death member tossed him back into the squared circle. Ghena smelled the blood in the water and once again used BRAIN BASHER for the referee to give the three count. (***).**Cosmic Cage Match** Warriors Born beat Cage Rage: These two fought to a double disqualification on Card #864 and The Betrayer challenged Thraxx's team to face them in a cosmic cage shortly after. The action was hot and heavy with both sides using the cage walls to their advantage. The arena roared approval as both teams used all their finishers and each combatant was covered in crimson before the night was done. At the fourteen minute mark, Tharkas lifted The BEtrayer and Warriors Born delivered the COUNCIL OF WAR tag finisher for the victory. (****)MOT: What a great cage match! That match could have went either way fans because all four combatants left everything in the ring! Next up is the main event and Endgame looks to ride the momentum of winning the IMPOSSIBLE TOURNAMENT to attempt to become Galaxian Champion for a sixth time. We hope that you enjoy the main event. See you next time on XPLOSION!**Galaxian Championship Title Match** Endgame pinned End of Days: Holy cow! Endgame used his quickness to negate EOD's power advantage and was surprisingly in control the entire match! After several ULTIMA LEAPS, End of Days finally succumbed to the ROLLING FIGURE FOUR and the GWF had a new Galaxian Champion! However, what came next was dispicable! 'The Three' stormed the ring, and along with EOD assulted the new champion for close to five minutes! Ghena held Endgame's brutalized body up and EOD performed several UNLIMITED POWER maneuvers. Endgame was covered in blood and rendered unconscious in the center of the ring. Finally, several GWF wrestlers ran down to make the save but the Black Death members quickly exited the ring like the cowards they are. As the broadcast went off the air, the vidcam focused on Payback on the mat holding a battered Endgame in his arms. (***).[Fade To Black]

As the broadcast began to air , the roving vidcam focused on the CEO of the GWF behind his desk. He waited for a moment and then began to speak. " On the last vidcast of XPLOSION, Endgame had become a six time Galaxian Heavyweight Champion after defeating the monster-End of Days. However, the Black Death contingent decided to assault the Corvusian and try to put him out of wrestling once and for all. This, thank Godsend, did not come to be and Endgame is recovering from his injuries on his home world. To address the Galaxian Championship situation, the title will not be vacated like it has in the past but Endgame will return to defend the Galaxian title at the upcoming PaPer View, XMAS COLOSSAL (Card #877)! After much discussion with both involved parties, the former champion (End of Days) will enact his rematch clause and will face Endgame in a Caged in the Hoodie match!" The vidcam faded and the broadcast began to air... Card #868MOT: What an announcement to start off the broadcast! The Galaxian Championship will be decided at the upcoming PaPer View XMAS COLOSSAL in one of the most brutal match types ever in wrestling history...The dreaded Caged in the Hoodie match! This match has weapons that the participants can use inside a cosmic cage wrapped in barbed wire! [Shudders]KRAM: Oh yeah...by the way 'unwashed masses', welcome to Canis Minor and tonight's edition of XPLOSION! For your information Mot, I could care less about who wins the main event at the PaPer View because either the title goes to a boring do-gooder or a Black Death member! Since my colleague is drooling and kissing up to his boss, I will inform everyone out there in vidcast land that we have a so-so card tonight with Scorn defending the Woman's Championship against the diva that has my eternal love..She-Devil! Also, the Immortals are defending the Galaxian Tag Team straps against the duo of Rush and Turmoil.MOT: First of all, I was not kissing up to the boss! That is just ludicrous and sorry for being excited about a match rather than simply blowing off everything as mundane. Secondly, we have matches about to start! We send all our fans to ringside...Harbinger squashed Plethador: The Serpens Cauda native simply owned the amphibian and as expected had little trouble showing the fan favorite what the pecking order is. Harbinger countered a playful noogie with Leviation and executed a tombstone piledriver that appeared to give Plethador the "shimmies". The former Black Death member played up to the crowd before executing a textbook ASTRAL WARRIOR for the easy win. (*)
Bishop Hell burnt Gryt: Still fuming (no pun intended) over losing the United Stars Championship, Gryt began this bout more aggressively than normal. Sadly, this proved to be his downfall as Bishop Hell won a test of strength and used several flying face rakes to put the CTA-102 on the defensive early. After two consecutive Black Death Comeths, the fireslinger illuminated the ring with his HELLFIRE finisher to end the bout. (*)
Gamemasters and FDF Watchmen fought to a double disqualification: This was a fairly one sided with the FDF Watchmen surprisingly controlling the majority of the bout! Psi used MIND OVER MATTER several times on Thantos before tagging out to his vampire hunting partner. Helsin used a sit-out powerbomb before landing a STAKE TO THE HEART! Star Warrior entered the ring to attempt to break up the count but a wild brawl followed as all four participants ended up battling both inside and outside the squared circle! Finally, the referee could not regain control of the match and disqualified both teams. (**)MOT: The last match was way out of control and the referee had no other choice but to disqualify them both! However, I am sure that these two teams will face off again sometime soon...KRAM: Meh...the best part of the last segment was when Harbinger put that damn amphibian through the canvas! Everytime Plethador and Skwish come to ringside, I am afraid that I am going to break out with warts. [Chuckles]MOT: You are a degenerate! Plethador is a universe wide phenomenon that cannot be contained...okay, I don't even believe what I am saying! Anyway fans, back to ringside!Zygon grounded Panther Warrior: Panther Warrior must have the feline flu because he barely participated in theis match! Zygon started with an elbow to the back of the Animan's neck, executed Walking Death, and used a HEAD TRI-CLAW manuever to put his opponent out of his misery. (DUD)
**Woman's Championship Title Match** Scorn(ch) lucked out against She-Devil: A fairly decent match! She-Devil really took it to the Woman's champion and even landed the EYES OF THE TEMPTRESS finisher that nearly ended the contest. However, the scarlet haired diva missed a FALLEN DEVIL and Scorn's survival instincts took over. The champion quickly performed a Sappo Kick that seemed to knock out the challenger. Scorn covered She-Devil for the pin and had her arm raised in victory. (*** 1/2).
Tauran pinned Coven Black: The action was hot and heavy for several minutes with COven Black nearly getting a pinfall with his patented BITE OF THE VAMPIRE! Tauran battled back and would catch the Black Death member is a flying cross body block to have the momentum swing in his favor. After a bit of rope play, Tauran lifted up his opponent and brought him screaming down with a Prime Powerbomb for the duke. (* 1/2)The teletron illuminated the ringside area and Christmas music began to play throughout the arena. The roving vidcam panned around a locker room until the focus centered on the newly crowned United Stars champion! Morbid was clad in red baggie santa themed pants and a ripped up T-shirt that was emblazoned with the phrase "I'm Elfin' Xcited!". Morbid smirked and looked straight into the vidcam, "No longer content with losers hosting these little blurbs, I have stepped forward to let everyone know that the holidays are fast approaching. Along with the holidays, come traditions and what a better tradition than having myself climb the ladder. On top of the ladder will be my own Christmas Miracle, the "Secret Santa" contract will be the propellant that sends my career into total superstardom! So, get off your backside and get your tickets now because they won't last much longer." Morbid turned his back to the vidcam and looked over his left shoulder before muttering;" XMAS COLOSSAL...Card #877...Io Sportatorium...history will be made.” Cage Rage won against Nosfera & Tricks (by count-out):A match that contained four of the most unpredictable personalities in the GWF! Without being said, the ring did not contain the four personalities because the match was brutal! High impact moves that made the fans at ringside wince and no quarter was given by either team. The Betrayer landed a NO ESCAPE maneuver but Tricks was able to slid out of the ring. Suddenly, the arena lights flickered and a familiar voice bellowed, "YOU'VE JUST WON THE LOTTERY!" before the lights went out for several seconds. When the lights returned, Tricks was sprawled out on the arena floor and the referee had no choice but to give the clown the ten count. The referee called for the bell and awarded the match to Cage Rage as a result of a count out. (* 1/2)
Paganax upset Swarm: The Heathen Chief manhandled Swarm and the Animan had no answer for his opponent! Paganax landed blow after blow without any resistance but Swarm just wouldn't go down! Until, that is, Paganax executed a vicious PAGAN VOID that seemed to put Swarm in a daze. Several moments later, the Heathen Chief used a Primal Scream and nonchalantly covered his opponent for the three count. (**)
**Galaxian Tag Team Championship Title Match** The Immortals wasted the Skyscrapers: The Black Death team proved why they are the Galaxian Tag Champions and bulldozed the Aethrans! Bex and Sur made the Skyscrapers look like a minor league team rather than a championship calibre duo. Bex put on a wrestling display with his triple finisher arsenal and ended the title match with MORTAL MUTILATION! Sad really...(***)KRAM: The Galaxian Tag Team champions look unstoppable and it is going to take an act of the Cosmic Congress to get those titles back to the GWF! What was up with Tricks being attacked? Weird that Black Death would do something as pedestrian as that...well, 'unwashed masses'...here is the so-called main event of the evening! Enjoy it...loathe it...don't care because I still get paid! Good riddance!**Interplanetary Championship Non-Title Match** Havoc(ch) blasted Paralyze: Simply a brawl! Both Aethrans gave and took a beating but it was Havoc that came out of the scruff with a nasty Wreaking Havoc maneuver! Paralyze was flat on his back and Havoc stalked his hated opponent until he stood up and then...BOOM! A COSMIC NIGHTMARE that turned out the Gladiator of Aethra enforcer's lights. The referee slid into position, slapped the mat three times, and awarded the match to the IP champion!(***)[Fade to Black]
