Great stuff. Seeing your results makes me need to dig the Sectarian card and check it his/its stats again. Loving his run although I swear he is overperforming but could be wrong. I also enjoyed Olympia going over Cosmos.

Sectarian is definitely over performing. Nothing extraordinary about his card, which is just a beefed up version of his original with a big finisher. He has a C turnbuckle, three downs, only two -3 moves on L2O and a covered - 3 (ch D) on L1O6.

He has a solid defense, and a strong L3O, but it’s his SIMIAN STUNNERS that make him the beast he’s been.

I thought he should have had a little stronger card, and I’m wondering if these results are starting to support my thoughts. He not as advertised “A Gladiator Who Can Beat Monolith!” Not regularly or definitively anyways. Not even with those handbook stat changes.

He’s got a superb card mechanic and a massive finisher but he’s got an undercard wrestler L1O and a high PIN for the competition he’s up against. He takes 1 fatigue token and he’s already in major trouble. It’s a weird look for such a giant to fall so easily and quickly sometimes. I know the big, strong guys have historically had higher PIN ratings though.

Grand Master is definitely on a historic run in the GFITG. He won IT, was the sole survivor in the big 10 vs 10 match at Burning Desire, now he’s all business here in the Tournament of the Immortals.

Few characters have had the recent impact like Godsend/Grand Master has over the past couple of sets in my fed.

First, all the drama with the murder of Commander Sam and trial of Godsend, to the heroic rise of Grand Master - leading the recapture of Castilex and the defeat of the Gladiators to his now heroic run as GWFF Champion. Awesome character.

Density proved to be a ton of trouble for the Powerful One. Finally Pegasus sends Density out of the ring with a powerful flying shoulder block, and the heavy hitter from the Virgo Cluster can’t muster the strength to get his dense frame back into the ring in time.

* Ensor (1) pins Omega (3) w ERUPTION OF THARSIS (+4). ***

Ensor’s agility was the big difference maker here, avoiding the Cetus Suplex twice, a big set-up move for the Cetus legend.

* Cosmos schools Mentor (4) forcing a submission w MASTERLOCK. **

* Chaos Supreme gets a huge win over Olympia (3) in a battle of wear-down submission finishers w BOW OF DEFEAT. **
