Siege & Storm War Memorial, New Aethra (259,000)

The buzz: The Gladiators have completely transformed Castilex into New Aethra. No remnants of what used to be remain. Siege has stolen the GWF HEAVY METAL TITLE (last held by Overtime who has left the GWF) and brought it to New Aethra with him. Siege says this is the only championship in the GWF that matters and is prepared to defend it against all comers. Because Deva is so anti-added violence, she has allowed Siege to kidnap the GWF HEAVY METAL TITLE without a care.

Godsend has been missing since the end of 2137 where he failed to win his Impossible Tournament bracket.

Exo-King continues to lead the Liberators against the Gladiators in an effort to reclaim the planet. The return of Havoc has sent shockwaves through New Aethra where Havoc is the new most hated man by the rabid Aethran fans who have invaded, and now inhabited the planet. Havoc has challenged every Gladiator in the GWF, and Siege is happy to be in first in line to welcome Havoc back to Aethra with a beating.

With Godsend defeated and gone, the Dominion team has completely splintered. Lady Godsend has disappeared along with Godsend and Castilex has captured Demon Godsend as their slave at the instructions of their new team leader - Vizir the Elder.

Once again MONOLITH finds himself walking the lonely roads in the GWF alone. Abandoned by the Dark Menace and left behind by Wolf, MONOLITH is on his own for the first time in his career. And that’s just how he likes it.

MONOLITH takes full credit for the exit of the Aethran Overmaster and crowns himself the winner of their feud. The Dark Menace responds by saying MONOLITH always gave himself too much credit and never enough to the Dark Menace, who guided MONOLITH to the best years of his career.

With Overmaster gone from the GWF, some might think MONOLITH and his career would be winding down too. No so fast. MONOLITH has two words for the Powers That Be who have tried to bribe him behind the scenes to maybe lay off a little in the ring in 2138 against the feds new poster boy - Apex, and they aren’t “No problem.” MONOLITH prides himself as the new Wolf in the GWF, and he will not be going anywhere in the GFITG anytime soon. And he will not giving Apex any breaks in the ring (no card adjustments from handbook). If Apex wants to beat MONOLITH, he’s going to get the best MONOLITY has to offer!

THE ADVENTURES OF ORRUS & TARVAL!

The Aethran Perennial begins with Evolved at the gates of the Siege & Storm War Memorial. They are seeking entry to find, beat and capture the Basilisk, who returned to the Jungles of Castilex at the end of 2137. The gates are heavily guarded by Aethran Soldiers. After being kept waiting seemingly forever, Evolved is greeted via holographic monitor by the Dark Menace. The Dark Menace goes on and on about how much he loathes the filthy creatures of Castilex, and happily accepts Evolved’s offer to exterminate the Basilisk from New Aethra. Evolved enter the arena and prepare for battle.

Evolved are standing in the middle of the ring. Tarval is still carrying the GWF INTERPLANETARY TITLE in his cosmic net. Orrus blows into a tribal horn, emitting a horrific sound, the mating call of the Basilisk. Evolved is trying to draw the Basilisk out. Orrus blows into his horn again.

All of a sudden two creatures appear out of the forest, dazed and confused and curiously following the sound of Orrus’s horn.

It’s not the Basilisk, it’s the Natives of Castilex!

The Dark Menace appears on the megalithic sized screen and orders Evolved to rid Krud & Ygorr from New Aethra for good!

* The Basilisk causes outside interference almost immediately, resulting in an automatic disqualification and a W for Evolved when Tarval is viciously attacked outside of the ring!

The Basilisk goes after both Orrus and Tarval but soon Evolved over power him. Tarval traps Basilisk in his cosmic net! Orrus is beating up Krud and Ygorr, punching and kicking them both as each cower helplessly.

The crowd erupts when a bearded newcomer clad in armor hits the ring and attacks Evolved with a Lepus Stun Rod! Evolved retreat the ringside area!

The newcomer reveals himself as Grand Master. He rescues Basilisk from Tarval’s net and helps the Natives to their feet.

Grand Master refuses to leave the ring! He calls out Castilex and demands that Vizir release Demon Godsend immediately!

Vizir and Castilex appear with Demon Godsend in chains.

Vizir just laughs in the newcomers face!

“Why should I release the vicious beast to you? Who are you to make demands of Castilex?”

Grand Master finally reveals his true identity as the man once possessed by, and known as Godsend. It’s an unreal revealing. And the pro Aethran crowd boo him out of the building as he explains how GODSEND possessed him. Nobody on New Aethra is buying this story. Aethran Soldiers are up to their teeth holding back rabid fans who try to jump the guardrail and get to Grand Master.

Vizir doesn’t know what to think about Grand Master, and he orders the Foundation to retreat and regroup.

But at that moment Death Knight pushes past Castilex! The Godsend obsessed Death Knight wants a piece of Grand Master!

“Godsend was a weak fool! If you’re really him, you will be easily defeated too!”

Grand Master pleads with Death Knight, promising they are finally aligned with the same goals, but DK is hearing none of it.

“If you’re really Godsend, you’re never forgiven for what you did!”

* Death Knight (3) is disqualified against Grand Master (1) when DK loses control fighting outside of the ring and smashes GM w his spear.

Grand Master and Death Knight brawl after the match!

* Exo-King (1) submits Fist (2) w DEATH VISE.

* Apex debuts in impressive fashion, pinning MONOLITH w APEX OF GLORY.

Apex was ready to use torture drop, but quickly transitioned into AOG instead for the shocking win!

After the match, the Dark Menace talks major shit to MONOLITH, calling him yesterdays news. DM says Apex is the new NEXT BIG THING!

MAIN EVENT

The buzz: Welcome to the wedding night of Bloody Marry & Small Paul. Plus a RIGEL ROYAL RUMBLE in our main event to crown a new no.1 contender to the GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP!

Let’s go to the ring where Deva has summoned Blood & Fire! Tag partners last week, this week they are opponents, and Deva says they better impress her!

* Burning Man wins by disqualification against Necros (2) when takes things too far fighting outside of the ring and smashes Burning Man with a titanium chair. * 1/2

After the match, Necros stands over the fallen winner and asks Deva “Are you not impressed?”

Deva says she is not impressed. She says Necros is another guy lost in the shuffle in the GWF, and who has overstayed his welcome. Deva says Necros is officially up for SUDDEN DEATH ELIMINATION next week! Lose, and he’s out of the The Search For A New Vibe contest, and exiled from the GWF!

Necros just laughs. He says he has no time for Deva’s childish games. Necros says he won’t give Deva the pleasure. Necros stuns the crowd when he voluntarily bows out of the search for a New Vibe “I wouldn’t be caught alive on your team.” And Necros voluntarily leaves the GWF!

“Vampires are forever. One day I’ll be back long after you’re gone.”

Deva just rolls her eyes. “Good riddance! Vampires are so 2133 anyways.”

With that, Necros exits the GWF, possibly forever…or possibly just for now.

* Istar (1) pins Stallion (3) w NECK SNAP SUPLEX. ** 1/2

It’s the debut of Mr. Everything! MRE is all show and full go! MRE cuts a scathing promo on the FDF - holding back absolutely nothing!

MRE says FDF Tradition has been splintered from the rest of the team since the death of Commander Sam. Tank is a giant dummy and Climber is just a stoner. MRE says he could team with “literally anybody” and take the GWF TAG TEAM TITLES from FDF Tradition.

MRE lays into Endgame, calling him a nerd who left the GWF because he got a girlfriend . “Everybody says Endgame left the GWF because he had nothing left to prove after saving the GWF from GODSEND…” but MRE has a different theory that Endgame “ran away with the first girl to touch his silver schlong.”

MRE finishes his roast of the FDF by calling HelSin the most overrated member of them all. MRE questions how HelSin can be FDF material, but MRE isn’t? MRE says what happened to Commander Sam was a tragedy, but —-

Maybe it was for the best. “Obviously he wasn’t making great decisions passing on MRE for that laundry list of losers.”

The crowd is booing MRE to pieces. But he doesn’t care and neither does Deva. MRE is a foul-mouthed superstar in the making!

Finally, and mercifully, Murtak makes his way to the ring. Murtak is impressed with MRE. Murtak says he had planned to conquer the Fireworks Galaxy after this match, but since MRE and Murtak agree that the FDF are just a bunch of jerks, Murtak will reconsider.

* Mr. Everything (1) pins Murtak w IMPRESSIVE. *

Deva is watching the show from her tour bus when a visitor arrives. It’s Saber!

Deva gives Saber a similar motivational speech she gave the Perfect Specimen last week. Saber is far too talented to be wasting his career focused on old wars created by sonic boomers. Saber is a star. And Saber has Deva’s full support. Deva pumps Saber up by saying he was always the best member of the Conquerors, but he was wasting his time fighting for war obsessed aliens with leader complexes like Epoch.

“Prove to the GWF what I already know to be true.” says Deva.

* Saber (2) pins Epoch (3) w SONIC WAVE. ***

After the match, a giant spotlight engulfs Epoch, who is down on the mat. Deva says Epoch is part of the old look GWF full of guys obsessed with wars, and power and “all the macho stuff boys are into.” Deva says Epoch had a golden opportunity to impress her by beating Shayne and become GWF champion last week - and failed.

Deva tells Epoch to take a long hard look at Saber, because Saber is an example of what Deva is searching for in The New Vibe.

And Epoch - is exactly what she is not looking for. Epoch is officially out of the Search For A New Vibe, and exiled from the GWF!

Epoch isn’t going quietly! Epoch screams that he is a war legend and demands to be respected! But Deva’s well dressed security team gag Epoch and carry him away and out of the GWF!

* The Perfect Specimen (5) makes a stunning turnaround to beat Tempest (1) by submission w a Supreme Shoulder Wrench to become the NEW NO.1 CONTENDER TO THE GWF GALACTIC CHAMPIONSHIP! *** 1/2

THE LAUNCHING PAD WITH SONNY ROCKET: Special Guest - DEVA!

Sonny’s guest this week is none other than Deva, who can’t get enough camera time. Deva is carrying a new title belt in her arms. She proudly announces the belt is the new look GWF INTERPLANETARY TITLE, last officially held by Tharkas. The new look belt is perfect for the new look GWF that is shaping up nicely each week. Abs next week, we crown a NEW INTERPLANETARY CHAMPION! Deva surprises Sonny Rocket by naming him the first entrant into the tournament! Sonny Rocket makes his in-ring wrestling debut in the GWF next week!

* GWF GALACTIC CHAMPION Shayne (1) & HelSin are disqualified quickly against Zulfiqar & Pardon when Shayne clobbers Zulfiqar outside of the ring with a video monitor! Shayne then hog-ties Zulfiqar and whips him! Zulfiqar breaks free from his restraints but the damage is done. **

THE WEDDING OF BLOODY MARRY & SMALL PAULOX

The big day is here! Everything with wedding between Bloody Marry & Small Paul goes as planned — until the minister says that if anybody in attendance objects with this marriage, to speak now or forever hold their peace.

Storm & Bulldoze appear and start shoving guests out of the way! The mini-sized family of Small Paul is almost stepped on by Bulldoze! Storm objects! Storm doesn’t care about the marriage, but Storm objects to Bloody Marry in the GWF! Storm tears down Bloody Marry, body-shaming Marry, calling her hideous. Storm says Bloody Marry makes Bulldoze look like Phantasy by comparison. Even Bulldoze chuckles. Marry is humiliated!

Storm & Bulldoze add injury to insult when they attack Bloody Marry! Some of the GWF women wrestlers in attendance try to make the save, but they are grabbed by a group of Aethran Soldiers who have crashed the wedding w Storm & Bulldoze. Aethran Soldiers brawl w Killer Queen, Catfight, Elina and Taichi! Storm handcuffs Bloody Marry to the ring ropes and tells her to watch what’s next!

Storm & Bulldoze attack Small Paul (Small Paul looks like Pollux but he’s two feet tall and he has exceptional hair) and lay him out w STORM & SIEGE! It’s a disgusting beat-down! Bloody Marry goes CRAZY ripping her own flesh trying to escape the handcuffs. Covered in her own blood, finally Bloody Marry breaks free by busting the ring ropes! But the damage is done.

Small Paul is stretchered out. Bloody Marry fumes! And we still have a Rumble to get to!

The buzz: Last week Grand Master made his dramatic debut (return?) in the GWF, claiming to be the man once possessed by, and known as Godsend.

Grand Master has made it his mission to rescue the savages of Castilex and lead them in a revolution against the Gladiators on New Aethra in an attempt to regain the planet Castilex.

Last week Grand Master made the save for the Natives of Castilex and rescued the Basilisk from Tarval’s cosmic net. Tonight, Grand Master & the Basilisk team versus Evolved!

Exo-King isn’t sure what to think about Grand Master yet, and observes the developments from a cautious distance. Death Knight offers Grand Master no such chance, declaring him a liar and a fraud and en enemy for life. This drastic differences of opinion have begun to drive a small wedge between the two Royal Uprising tag team partners.

One of the reasons Exo-King remains cautious, and why DK refuses to believe Grand Master is telling the truth, is because Grand Master has set a goal to rescue Demon Godsend from the chains of Vizir and Castilex, and recruit DG too in the war against the Gladiators. “Demon Godsend is possessed just like me - like I was.” says Grand Master. “An innocent victim under the spell of Godsend. I can save him. I can break the spell.” The other Liberators and most fans aren’t so sure. Grand Master gained a lot of trust from fans when he saved the Natives and rescued the Basilisk - but he may be on his own trying to free the Castilex slave, Demon Godsend.

On top of all of that, the Gladiators are steaming after Siege lost the GWF HEAVY METAL TITLE last week to the hated Havoc! The vengeful Dark Menace sends the young Lion Apex after Havoc and the belt tonight in a COSMIC CAGE MATCH for our Main Event!

Arena update: Electrical shock force fields have been erected at ringside to stop violent Aethran fans from jumping the rails and interfering in the show. The rabid fans on New Aethra need to be kept in check after Aethran Soldiers had their hands full last week. The force fields are transparent with just a tint of blue from the electrical charges flowing through them. When fans smash on the force fields, bright blue electric currents appear like lightning, shocking the fan back into his or her seat.

In addition to being a security barrier for fans, the new force field at the Siege & Storm War Memorial acts as a weapon for wrestlers fighting outside of the ring.

NEW HOUSE RULE ON NEW AETHRA: All rolls of 12 (on A) and 11-12 (on B & C) on the out of the ring chart will include an Add 1 to the downed opponent (before the roll for count out). This simulates the opponent being smashed into the force field by the wrestler on offense.

After the match, Vizir challenges Grand Master to a Castilex Slave Match at EVENT HORIZON. Win, and the beast is freed! But lose, and the Grand Master become a slave of Castilex!

Grand Master appears and bravely accepts Vizir’s challenge!

* Castilex w Vizir defeat the Natives in a surprisingly competitive match. Sentinel (2) pins Ygorr (3) after stomps in the corner. ***

* Exo-King looks awesome defeating Fist (4) again in a rematch w DEATH VISE (+2).

* Grand Master (4) & Basilisk (3) defeat Orrus (7) & Tarval (5) when Basilisk finishes Orrus w Gaze of Stone. *****

After the match, Grand Master declares Basilisk the winner in his feud against Evolved, and banishes Evolved from Castlilex “Or else!”

Frustrated with their attempts to capture the Basilisk, Evolved decides to take Grand Master’s offer. Despite the loss, Orrus says he has proved he is the superior evolved race of Merapis! The Aethran fans boo Evolved out of the building, showing zero tolerance for losers in retreat.

* Siege (3) looks like a beast beating MONOLITH (7) w AETHRAN CRIPPLER. *****

MONOLITH is 0-2 to start 2138 after losses to Apex and Siege.

MAIN EVENT

* Havoc embarrasses the Dark Menace, destroying Apex (6) in a COSMIC CAGE MATCH w TYRANT NIGHTMARE to retain the GWF HEAVY METAL TITLE. ***

Havoc proves he can handle anything the Dark Menace and the Gladiators can throw at him! The Dark Menace clenches his fists in anger as we fade to black.

This year they meet in round 1!

Small Paul has a long road to recovery, but his little spirits regain high. He sips from his tiny cup, almost too nervous to watch our next match.

Deva opens the show in the ring, and introduces her top 5 in order.

1 - NEW GWF CHAMPION The Perfect Specimen. “Look at that! Lord Nexus takes a hike and Spec is our NEW GWF Champion! Who would’ve thought? Me! That’s who!” says Deva. Deva welcomes Spec to stardom and congratulates him on his new championship!

2 - GWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS FDF Tradition. FDF Tradition have become gritty loners since the death of Commander Sam and the disbanding of the FDF. They appear in the ring but do not celebrate with Deva and don’t seem interested in the hoopla. Deva wonders if she can change their minds tonight when Tank gets the spotlight treatment of his life with a shot at the GWF GALACTIC TITLE!

Deva pits Titan vs FDF again by booking NEW GWF CHAMPION The Perfect Specimen vs. Tank for the title in our Main Event tonight!

Spec and Tank stand nose to nose! Deva says save it for the ring!

3 - Zulfiqar. The ghostly god has taken the GWF by storm, taking down Shayne and giving the Real Ordeal a real challenge for the first time in many sun downs. “Big, tall, tough and mysterious? Yes please!” explains Deva.

4 - NEW GWF INTERPLANETARY CHAMPION Tempest. Deva says it might look like she’s just easily impressed with champions, but Tempest has now won 5 in a row en route to winning the IP title. “Very impressive!” she says. Deva says Tempest is a huge fan favorite and that goes a long way in winning the Search For A New Vibe contest.

5 - Bloody Marry. Deva is impressed with Marry winning the Rigel Rumble, beating Bulldoze and terrorizing Storm by choking her out at EH12 w her veil. “Fans love seeing those rotten Gladiators get their asses kicked around, and so do I!” exclaims Deva.

Deva says these are the current leaders in the Search For A New Vibe contest and the rest of the fed better get their acts together - pronto!

* Azuma squashes Titan Power (3) w ZENSHO. **

Whoever Titan Power is, he’s having a rough start to his GWF career.

The entire arena is filled with a warm breeze. Many in attendance and even some at home are overwhelmed with a sudden feeling of lust…

Witch makes her way to the ring, her long legs seemingly gliding down the ramp.

* Witch defeats Sinful (2) w DIVINE WIND. **

Deva is very impressed w Witch. The two share a glance and a smile. Deva says Witch brings exactly the kind of feeling she’s been looking for in The New Vibe.

Deva turns to Sinful and says it’s time to embrace the New Vibe and let go of old trends - and nothing is less trendy in 2138 than old vampires. Sinful takes great offense at being called old, even though it’s true. Sinful says she looks good for being thousands of years old. Deva just laughs. Witch let’s out a sly smirk.

Deva informs Sinful that she can join Necros wherever he’s flown off to, because Sinful has been ELIMINATED from the Search For A New Vibe, and exiled from the GWF!

Sinful takes the news a little harder than Necros did, but holds her head high. Sinful is a former GWF Women’s Champion and will be missed. “I won’t miss your official game card mechanic.” says Deva. “I said it.”

* Orrus the Unstoppable (1) pins Istar (2) w UNSTOPPABLE SLAM. **

Orrus took his frustrations of failing to capture the Basilisk out on Istar. After the match, Orrus stomps and kicks Istar some more, and declares himself the superior lizard wrestler to Istar. Orrus claims Merapis is a much more advanced race than the Ravagers. Orrus is nothing but a big bully!

* Mr. Everything (2) hits Climber (8) w everything but the kitchen sink but cannot keep the stone climbing stoner down! Climber fights back w DIRTBAG DIVE to take the win! ****

MRE is super frustrated after the match and vows to find a tag team partner and beat FDF Tradition.

* HelSin defeats Pardon (2) w BURIAL **

* Moonlight (1) beats Elina (5) w ABSOLUTE PARDON. ***

After the match, HelSin is aiding Elina when Deva adds insult to injury by informing Elina she has been ELIMINATED from the Search For A New Vibe and exiled from the GWF!

Elina is too hurt to absorb the news, but HelSin is stunned! He glared as Deva, but Deva just glares back.

Elina joins Sinful on her way out of the GWF. The fans give Elina a standing ovation as HelSin helps her back up the ramp and out of the GWF for the final time.

THE LAUNCHING PAD WITH SONNY ROCKET - The guest this week is NEW GWF INTERPLANETARY CHAMPION, Tempest!

Sonny Rocket pretends to act gracious in defeat, but he is clearly shaken and jealous. Sonny says it doesn’t change what he did, and everybody will be talking about his tournament win forever. “Nobody will remember Tempest beat me just like nobody talks about who beat Tocsin, they just talk about Tocsin!” Tempest says Sonny may be right, but that doesn’t change the fact that he is the champion now.

Sonny and Tempest are interrupting by Tarval the Trapper!

Tarval still doesn’t understand the concept of “winning” GWF titles, and wonders how Tempest can be GWF INTERPLANETARY CHAMPION if Tarval has the GWF IP TITLE in his net.

Deva does her best to explain that Tarval was never INTERPLANETARY CHAMPION, and Sonny won a newly designed title, which then he lost to Tempest. Tarval is confused. Tarval says he is the only GWF INTERPLANETARY CHAMPION in the fed.

Exasperated, Deva says let’s make it simple, and books Tempest (c) vs Tarval in an EARTH LADDER MATCH for the GWF INTERPLANETARY TITLE for next week!
