The buzz: The Dark Menace indirectly acknowledges Deva for the first time this year by scheduling a one night Battle Zone Tournament! Deva may shy away from faction wars, but on New Aethra, they are front and center!

The show opens with the camera panned down and showing a mysterious pair of boots walking up to the arena. Whoever it is tugging on a door, pressing the intercom button and demanding to speak to whomever is in charge of the planet.

* The Liberators (Royal Uprising & Havoc) defeat Castliex in a BATTLE ZONE TOURNAMENTS MATCH in this order of elimination:

- Death Knight beats Moog (2) by count out after Loaded Glove outside of the ring.

- Death Knight pins Sentinel (3) w I STRIKE FOR FREEDOM.

- Vizir pins Death Knight (4) w Vizir Knee Breaker.

We’re back outside of the arena again and we see the mystery man’s boots once more. He is trying to scale a giant wall without any success.

Some Aethran Soldiers round the corner and the mystery man hides in the shadows. The Soldiers are on a break. They set their helmets down by a rock and crack open a couple of cold ones. The mystery man reaches from behind the rock and grabs one of the helmets and sneaks away.

* The Gladiators (Siege, Fist & Apex) defeat Grand Master, the Basilisk & MONOLITH in a BATTLE ZONE TOURNAMENT MATCH in this order of elimination:

It’s Murtak the Merciless!

Murtak plants his flag in the middle of the ring and says he is here to conquer Castliex!

Murtak demands to speak to the leader of the planet!

After a few moments, a small army of skeleton soldiers carry a king on a throne out to the ring.

It’s Demon Godsend!

Demon Godsend is draped in a long black cape and wearing a crown made of skulls and bones. He informs Murtak he is the King of Castliex, here to defend his planet.

Murtak responds with a big right hand to Demon Godsend’s jaw! The fight is on!

The buzz: Deva presents GWF SPOTLIGHT! The brand new name of the GWF’s weekly super show! And to celebrate, Deva has scheduled an epic night featuring all Tirion Triple Threat Matches, including a rematch from Event Horizon 12 - The Perfect Specimen vs. Shayne vs. Zulfiqar for the GWF TITLE - in our main event!

The new name of our show is not all that’s new around here. Deva’s influence on everything is really starting to shine through.

The ring posts, ring apron and turnbuckle pads are now all an electric blue (similar to the color of Deva’s hair) and the mat and ropes are bright white.

Sonny Rocket is stationed at ringside as always, but now he is joined by our new color commentator, Chameleon!

Deva is proud to give the ladies of the GWF more exposure, and who better to be the new color commentator than the quintessential queen of colors herself, Chameleon?

Deva welcomes Chameleon to her to new position. She joins Sonny Rocket at the announce table and immediately blends right in.

* Orrus (6) defeats Istar (10) and Stallion (6) in TIRION TRIPLE THREAT MATCH, pinning Stallion w UNSTOPPABLE SLAM. *****

After the match, Orrus drops Istar w an UNSTOPPABLE SLAM as well.

***Mr. Everything Continues To Search For A Tag Team Partner***

Mr. Everything is 0-2 so far against FDF Tradition, losing with Titan Power and Stallion as his tag team partners. Persistent, his search continues.

Word is Mr. Everything has found a new partner for tonight, and the fans are treated to a behind the scenes look at what MRE has been up to:

Video plays of Mr. Everything landing his cherry red convertible sports cruiser on the beaches of a dark jungle in an unknown location.

He takes out an electric 3D map and studies it.

He puts on his sunglasses, looks around, and walks into the jungle.

* HelSin (3) defeats Pardon (1) and Burning Man (1) in a TIRION TRIPLE THREAT MATCH when HelSin catches Burning Man with BURIAL. ***

After the match, a warm breeze rushes through the arena. All three men are taken by surprise when Witch glides down to the ring.

Witch takes her time getting into the ring, taking turns making eye contact with each wrestler.

She looks Burning Man up and down from head to toe, getting close enough to just brush his neck with her lips.

She turns away, and turns her attention to Pardon.

She wraps her leg around Pardon’s leg and pulls her hips in close to his. She kisses Pardon’s neck.

She turns away and turns her attention to HelSin.

Witch unbuttons Helsin’s vest, then rips it open exposing his chest. She kisses his neck. Witch and HelSin embrace in a deep and passionate kiss in the middle of the ring.

Witch leaves with HelSin.

* GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPION Storm (1) retains the title defeating Bloody Marry (2) and Scorn (2) in a TIRION TRIPLE THREAT MATCH pinning Scorn with VICTORY LAP. ** 1/2

Saber & Titan Power are preparing for their shot at the GWF Tag Team Titles. They are trying to come up with a tag team name for themselves.

Saber: This is harder than I thought it was going to be.

Titan Power: I got it! How about…Titan Power!

Saber is visibly annoyed: NO! What is it with you?

The two teams have to be separated by Deva’s security force, who are decked out in this summer’s most popular swimwear.

The buzz: For the second week in a row, the Dark Menace appears to respond indirectly to Deva by announcing a new name for the GWF shows on New Aethra - DOMINANCE!

It’s a throwback to the name of Aethran Overmaster’s old finisher, and a statement and a reminder about how Aethra has dominated the planet since arriving.

The Dark Menace begins the show in the middle of the ring flanked by Siege & Fist.

TDM brags that DOMINANCE is the premier wrestling show in the GWF, home the biggest stars, best action and the highest ratings in the Galaxy!

TDM brags some more about the Gladiators winning the BATTLE ZONE TOURNAMENT last week, defeating everybody on New Aethra.

Siege takes the mic and says the Gladiators are prepared to claim victory over all the unwelcome trash on New Aethra, and send them packing!

Siege wonders if there is anybody left with the guts to stand up to Aethra.

All of a sudden GWF HEAVY METAL CHAMPION Apex comes out to the ring to loud Aethran military music. He is carrying a massive cage wall!

It’s an incredible sight as the monster effortlessly carries one entire side of a Cosmic Cage wall down the ramp, and tosses it in the ring, almost taking out his own teammates.

Apex speaks for the first time this year!

Apex lifts up and holds the cage wall over his head and dares anybody to meet the Gladiators in an ULTIMATE AETHRAN ESCAPE MATCH here tonight!

Apex launches the cage wall into the electric force field causing a dangerous electric light show!

* Castilex defeat Royal Uprising when Sentinel puts Death Knight (4) out w NIGHTWATCH. **

* Demon Godsend (1) fights off outside interference by Castilex to pin Vizir the Elder (4) w COVER OF DARKNESS (+4).

The Gladiators come out for the main event. They are waiting to see if anybody will stand up to them tonight in an ULTIMATE AETHRAN ESCAPE MATCH.

Out comes MONOLITH!

MONOLITH says he will fight all three Gladiators by himself!

MONOLITH marches to the ring when all of a sudden he is joined by….

Grand Master!

Grand Master stands side by side w MONOLITH. But it’s still 3 on 2. MONOLITH and Grand Master step into the cage prepared to fight!

It’s about to go down 3 on 2 when the arena explodes with the music of the COSMIC NIGHTMARE - HAVOC!

The pro Aethran crowd lose it! Havoc will team with anybody if it means he gets his hands on the Gladiators! What a traitor!

MAIN EVENT

* The Gladiators lose in dramatic fashion to MONOLITH (3), Grand Master (6) and Havoc in an AETHRAN ULTIMATE ESCAPE MATCH in this order of escape:

- Siege (1) escapes after SIEGE AND STORM on Grand Master.

- Havoc escapes after flooring Apex w TYRANT NIGHTMARE.

- MONOLITH flattens Apex w CATASTROPHE and walks out of the cage to deafening boos.

- Apex (5) pins Grand Master w APEX OF GLORY and exits the match by kicking down one entire side of the cage wall.

- Grand Master (6) pins Fist (4) after throwing him head-first into the cage wall and knocking him out. Grand Master drags himself to the side of the down caged wall and crawls out of the ring for the victory!

It’s chaos in the crowd and at ringside as Grand Master celebrates at the top of the ramp with MONOLITH standing nearby and Havoc taunting the fans.

All of a sudden an alarm goes of all across the arena.

The Dark Menace is alerted that there has been an unauthorized escape from New Aethra!

We see a large fighter run out of the jungles of Castilex. Beaten and bloody bodies of Aethran Soldier lay at the checkpoints of Lake Dassrl, the Primary Military Base located just north of the lake, and at the perimeter of Metrac City.

The Basilisk is on the run!

The buzz: Deva has invited new GWF GALACTIC CHAMPION Shayne to a special celebration hosted by Deva herself, here tonight! What’s Deva up to?

The show opens with Deva backstage with a group of wrestlers. She is giving a motivational speech to Saber, Titan Power, Mr. Everything & Vacant. Tonight these four wrestlers are in the spotlight when they face off against each other in tag team action.

Deva is trying to convince Saber & Titan Power that they are better together than against one another, but Saber is having a hard time buying into that vibe.

Deva finishes her speech, reminding Saber that the competition in the Search For A New Vibe contest is fierce, and everybody better be ready to impress!

A warm breeze flows through the Palladium. All eyes are on Witch as she makes her way to the ring with HelSin. They new couple have an intimidating, yet seductive presence.

* Witch (2) w HelSin defeats Thralla in comeback fashion w DIVINE WIND. **

We’re backstage again. Mr. Everything motivates Vacant with stories of the past about Cannibal, Vanity etc…he blames factions like the FDF for holding guys like them down.

Vacant doesn’t seem to understand a word of what MRE is saying, but the sheer veracity and passion in MRE’s voice is enough to get Vacant super fired up!

Meanwhile, a few doors down, Saber & Titan Power are going over their ancestry history too, but they aren’t doing as well.

Titan Power doesn’t care about the CTA-Titan war at all, while Saber is still adjusting to fighting for himself in the new vibe search. Saber is having trouble shaking the tradition of hating Titans.

The two begin arguing and it almost comes to blows when Saber calls Titan Power “Titan Poser”.

“A real Titan would want to tear me apart like I want to tear you apart!” argues Saber.

Titan Power is completely unmoved.

“I still think Titan Power is a great tag team name for us.” says TP.

Saber throws his hands up in the air and storms off in a huff.

Titan Power smirks, amused by himself beginning to get underneath the skin of Saber.

“It would really upset Lord Nexus, too.” says TP quietly to himself.

🚀 THE LAUNCHING PAD WITH SONNY ROCKET 🚀 - Sonny’s guest this week is Stallion.

Sonny takes this opportunity to rip into Stallion, who sits at only 1 win in 2138 (over Faller). Sonny says Stallion shows a lot of promise, he just needs a little - boost.

Sonny Rocket offers his unique “insider’s perspective” to Stallion. Stallion says it sounds like Sonny is offering to manage him. Stallion says he thought Deva banned managers. Sonny responds by saying certain privileges come with being in with Deva, and if you’re in good with Sonny Rocket, you’re in good with Deva, too.

Stallion takes his time contemplating an answer. Sonny calls Stallion a slow thinker and says we haven’t got all night. Sonny demands an answer.

Stallion finally provides Sonny with his answer by planting his foot in Rocket’s mouth with LUCKY HORSESHOE!

Stallion says he hopes Deva is impressed with his decision!

Stallion hears cheers from the fans as he marches back up the ramp, leaving Sonny down and grabbing his jaw in pain.

* Saber (1) & Titan Power (1) defeat Mr. Everything (5) & Vacant (4) when Titan Power pins Vacant w HANGING JUDGE. ***

It’s another victory for the odd couple of Saber & Titan Power and another set back for Mr. Everything in his quest to win the the GWF tag belts from FDF Tradition.

* Pardon (7) survives an incredible beating by Burning Man, winning a brawl outside of the ring then catching BM w FUTURE ENDEAVORS for the win. ***

* GWF IP Champ Tempest (1) & Istar defeat Evolved when Tempest pins Orrus (2) w LOW TIDES. **

After the match, Orrus & Tarval are arguing when Orrus gets an alert on his wrist transmitter. It’s a message the Dark Menace. TDM has put out a galaxy-wide bounty on the capture of the Basilisk!

A huge smilie comes across the face of Orrus. He tells Tarval “We’re back in business!”

MAIN EVENT

* HelSin (2) defeats Zulfiqar (6) w BURIAL. ***

Zulfiqar kept getting up like a zombie after everything, finally one last BURIAL keeps him down for the 3 count.

Zulfiqar pops right up again after the pin fall, seething at the loss.

HelSin stands victorious with Witch at his side.

*** DEVA’S SPOTLIGHT WITH NEW GWF GALACTIC CHAMPION SHAYNE ***

Deva has pulled out all the stops for this lavish celebration. The ring is packed with priceless bottles of wine and the most delicious fresh food space credits can buy. A gigantic spotlight illuminates the ring.

Standing in the middle of the ring is Deva and the Perfect Specimen. Soec looks like a billion bucks, dressed to impress in a stunning gold button up shirt, million dollar slacks and wearing a pair of two million dollar dress shoes. Spec is the total package. He waits impatiently in the ring for the arrival of Shayne, sneering through his jet black sunglasses.

Next to Deva is a giant gift with a big bow on top of it.

Deva officially invites Shayne to the ring, and after a few minutes, the champ appears!

Shayne comes down to the ring in dirty jeans, cowboy boots, and spitting chew. Deva gags.

Deva says if Shayne is going to represent the New Vibe of the GWF, he should probably clean up his act.

Deva opens the gift box, revealing a gorgeous electric blue and white flowered cowboy shirt. Then she removes an equally stunning and incredibly costly ten gallon hat. Finally, Deva presents Shayne with beautiful new snakeskin boots.

Deva says her champion should dress like a winner, not like a bum.

Shayne pretends to be impressed with the gifts. He studies the shirt, wondering if it’s too fancy for a fella like him. But he loves it! “Thank you.” says Shayne.

But wait! Shayne brought gifts for Deva and the Perfect Specimen, too!

Deva blushes. She wasn’t expecting this. Maybe she had Shayne all wrong?

Shayne says those gifts are around here somewhere. He digs into his front pockets looking for something.

Deva waits anxiously in anticipation.

Shayne says he found them!

Shayne pulls his hands out of his pockets with double middle fingers for Deva and Spec!

The crowd goes wild!

Deva is left insulted and stunned! Spec begins removing his shirt looking for a fight but Shayne is all over him!

The crowd is a red hot ball of fire as Shayne and Spec brawl all over the ring!

Deva orders her well dressed security team to separate them but it’s of no use! Spec breaks free and attacks Shayne! They brawl all the way up the ramp.

Shayne and Spec are trading punches at the top of the ramp when Deva sneaks up from behind Shayne and drops him with a low blow!

This is the first time we’ve seen Deva get physical!

Spec locks Shayne in PINNACLE OF SUCCESS at the top of the ramp and refuses to let go as we fade to black.

💪 DOMINANCE 💪

The buzz: It’s been one week since the Basilisk escaped from the jungles of Castilex and injured a number of Aethran Soldiers in his apparent attempt to flee the planet. He is on the run and presumed to be hiding somewhere near Metrac City.

The Dark Menace has put a bounty on the Basilisk’s head and invites anyone brave enough to hunt and capture the beast to New Aethra. “I want the beast brought to me and dropped at my feet!” says the Dark Menace.

Meanwhile, the Foundation is on a quest of their own to find, capture the Basilisk and make him their Castliex slave.

Grand Master has his own agenda, as he tries to stop Castilex from their goals by finding the Basilisk first and help him flee before anyone else can capture him.

Everybody is on a chase to find the Basilisk!

The show starts with the Dark Menace in the middle of the ring. A small collection of bounty hunters stand behind him. An Aethran Soldier, Evolved (Orrus & Tarval) and Mayham. The Dark Menace has a concerned, if not disappointed look on his face as he studies them.

“This is it?” asks the Dark Menace.

The Dark Menace says nobody has been able to control the Basilisk, but that ends now. TDM sends his four bounty hunters in four different directions, north, south, east and west. “Don’t come back until you find him!”

Grand Master is already well into his search, walking around Metrac City where the Basilisk was last reported to be seen.

Once an active city under the rule of Godsend, the area is a cold and empty ghost town now as part of New Aethra.

Grand Master peeks into buildings and around corners when he is confronted by…

Death Knight! Death Knight says he and Godsend have unfinished business. Grand Master tries explaining again to DK that he is no longer possessed by Godsend but DK is hearing none of it.

The fight is on!

* Grand Master (2) beats Death Knight (5) in a METRAC CITY STREET FIGHT (using Stretcher match rules), knocking him out with a crowbar and leaving him lying in the street. *** 1/2

Grand Master drops the crowbar at the feet of Death Knight, and continues his search for the Basilisk.

Moog & Sentinel are patrolling the catwalks inside of the Primary Military Base when they hear somebody bust down a door!

They hide around corners and prepare for the Basilisk!

But it’s not the Basilisk…it’s Orrus & Tarval. They are looking for the Basilisk too, and they are arguing about strategy. Tarval wants to search Lake Drassrl but Orrus insists they check the Military Base first.

Castilex come around the corner, surprising Evolved. Moog tells them to get lost. Orrus tells Moog to make him. Moog is happy to make him!

The two teams begin exchanging fisticuffs on the catwalks of the Primary Military Base!

* Evolved defeat Castilex in a MILITARY BASE MATCH (using Scaffold match rules) when Tarval (3) traps Moog in his net and hangs him from the catwalks! *** 1/2

Evolved evacuate the military base as Sentinel looks for a way to get Moog down.

* Back inside the wrestling ring, Exo-King (2) submits Demon Godsend (4) w DEATH VISE (+2). ***

This is Demon Godsend’s first loss of 2138.

We’re back outside of the arena again and Vizir the Elder is searching the outskirts of Lake Dassrl for the Basilisk.

Vizir walks waist-level into the lake when he hears something in the tree line behind him. He studies the area of woods where the noise is coming from, bracing for the Basilisk…

He gets closer to the tree line when he sees a big pair of yellow eyes!

All of a sudden something or someone comes stumbling out of the woods…

It’s Ygorr!

Ygorr has been tracking Vizir and he just blew his cover!

Vizir swings his Castilex Cudgel at Ygorr, knocking the Native into the lake! The fight is on!

* Vizir the Elder (2) defeats Ygorr (3) in a FIGHT AT LAKE DASSRL (Using Lava Pit rules) by holding Ygorr’s head under the water until he stopped fighting back. ***

Vizir drags Ygorr out of the water and leaves him slumped up against a tree, coughing and spitting up water. Vizir warns Ygorr that if he follows him again, he will capture Ygorr and make him a slave of Castilex again. Ygorr cowers. Vizir limps off into the night to continue his search for the Basilisk.

The Dark Menace is in his throne room watching all the action on monitors connected to cameras all over New Aethra. He pounds his fists on the table!

Nobody can find the Basilisk.

The Dark Menace scans the monitors some more and can’t believe it when he notices somebody has made a giant mess of the food court inside the luxury mall North of Metrac City!

There is food everywhere! It must be the Basilisk!

TDM scans the area when he notices a heavy figure sitting on penny horse, eating a triple fudge sundae — its Mayham!

Mayham slowly rocks back and forth on his penny horse, licking fudge that’s running down his own arm.

He’s not looking for the Basilisk at all.

“What am I paying this [expletive] pig for!?” the DM asks himself.

TDM makes an emergency call to someone on his wrist transmitter. “Take care of it!” orders Menace!

* In one of the best matches of the year, FDF Tradition escape with the GWF TAG TEAM TITLES defeating Saber (5) & Titan Power (2) w an American Fist KO punch from Tank (8) on TP. *****

At one point in the match, Deva distracted FDF Tradtion, showing bias towards Saber & Titan Power, but it wasn’t enough.

Promoter note: This match had it all. The champs using up both PIN saves and kicking out on a roll of 9 when Tank needed a 9 or higher. Jumped out of my seat at that roll. FDFT have been champs a long time. One of the best runs in the history of my fed.

The buzz: It’s been one week and still no sign of the Basilisk. With Aethran Soldiers stockpiled at checkpoints all over the area, the Dark Menace says the show must go on, and that means the enemies of the Gladiators must be destroyed!

It’s been a rough couple of weeks for the Gladiators, losing an Ultimate Aethran Escape Match to MONOLITH, Grand Master & Havoc, then Siege & Fist lost again to Havoc & MONOLITH last week as the two career rivals have formed a shocking new tag team.

Havoc & MONOLITH open the show. Havoc declares them the best Gladiator tag team in the GWF! This claim enrages the New Aethra crowd, reminding them of how Havoc stole an Aethran Cleansing for MONOLITH so long ago. The Aethran fans hate that MONOLITH, an AniMan, received an Aethran Cleansing. It’s a real sore subject around Gladiator fans!

Havoc & MONOLITH enrage the Aethran fans even further by officially naming themselves Gladiator Insurrection!

The crowd hates it!

* Gladiator Siege defeat Gladiator Insurrection in a COSMIC CAGE MATCH when Siege pins MONOLITH with AETHRAN CRIPPLER. ***

Its a much needed W for the Gladiators.

The Kroll Scientists have finally tracked the Dark Menace down on New Aethra, and they are desperate for a reunion with their beloved idol. So far, they have been ignored. But they figure if Murtak can find the leader of New Aethra, whoever that is can help them find TDM.

Following behind Murtak and the Kroll Scientists is Crust. Crust is super fired up to be in the GWF! “Let’s goooooo!”

Finally, Mass wanders far behind them all, eventually making his way into the ring after accidentally shocking himself a number of times bumping into the force field.

Murtak stands in the middle of the ring with his army. Murtak demands to speak with the leader of the planet right now!

Deva heads to the ring surrounded by extra security this week. With the Basilisk still on the run and GWF GALACTIC CHAMPION Shayne acting as unpredictable as ever - Deva can’t take any chances.

Deva is ready to drop her top 5!

1) The Perfect Specimen. Spec stays atop the charts, despite failing to take back the GWF TITLE from Shayne. Deva calls this a temporary setback and assure the galaxy that the Perfect Specimen is the perfect GWF wrestler - and the future of the New Vibe.

2) GWF INTERPLANETARY CHAMPION Tempest. Tempest jumps way up from 4 to 2! Tempest is having an awesome sophomore season! He’s winning and he’s doing it in exciting fashion! Tempest says he’s the best AniMan in the GWF “and I was better than Wolf, too. He was so old! Look at me! I’m not even in my prime yet!”

3) Zulfiqar. The ghostly horseman from Earth stays strong at 3. Zulifqar is an awesome new rookie who looks deadly in every match he’s in W or L. He has been a serious thorn in the side of Shayne, no doubt helping his current standing.

4) HelSin. Spec, Tempest & Zulfiqar are noticeably surprised by the newest wrestler in the top 5, the mysterious and heroic monster slayer - HelSin! HelSin takes his time getting to the ring. He stands off to the side away from the others.

5) Saber & Titan Power. It’s another new name in the top 5. Deva’s own creation breaks in at 5 after nearly winning the GWF tag belts last week. That was such an entertaining match, Deva has booked a rematch for our main event tonight!

The crowd buzzes as GWF tag champs FDF Tradition, who sat at 2 last time are no longer ranked. Also missing from Deva’s top 5 is GWF Champion Shayne. This is obviously no coincidence as Deva is beginning to show favoritism after promising and promoting a fair and even search.

Also gone from the top 5 is Bloody Marry!

Bloody Marry comes out for our first match and let’s her frustrations be known!

* Bloody Marry (1) looks tough beating Catfight (3) w CONSUMATIOM. **

Splash makes his colorful and very entertaining debut walk down the aisle of the GWF! Splash is here!

The ref gets knocked out after a bad bump. He wakes up to find Stallion unresponsive in SPINECRACKER and calls for the bell - but Vacant hears no bell and it takes Deva’s security force to break it up. Deva’s security argue with each other, none of them want to get their high fashion security gear dirty touching Vacant…finally one of them tases Vacant forcing him to finally let Stallion go.

* Titan Samurai defeat the Rocket Men when Azuma (3) flattens Astarte (4) w Brick Wall and Kenji (2) kicks Sonny Rocket (2) out of the ring on the PIN save. *** 1/2

Blur and Workrate live up to all the hype, and put on a banger, as the kids say.

All of a sudden Mr. Everything pops up in the locker room. He is frantic! He tells Titan Power he just saw Lord Nexus out back behind the building! Titan Power asks where!? MRE says he will show him. MRE leads Titan Power to a janitor’s closet and tells him he saw Nexus behind that door. Titan Power storms inside and Mr. Everything locks the door, trapping Titan Power!

As MRE leaves the scene, a burner transmitter falls from his jacket.

MAIN EVENT

Deva & Saber are going bonkers wondering where in the world is Titan Power?? Mr. Everything comes out volunteering to be his emergency replacement! With no other choices, Deva accepts and the match is on!

* FDF Tradition retain the GWF TAG TEAM TITLES over Mr. Everything (1) and Saber (5) when Tank saves the day, pinning Saber w PEACEMAKER SLINGSHOT.

The show opens with Apex stalking the locker room backstage looking for a challenger. He finds the Natives cowering under a table and drags a screaming Ygorr out into the parking lot!

The fate of the entire GWF roster resides in the hands of wheel!

Deva stands on stage with the GALACTIC GAMBLER wheel. She presses a button on a handheld device and the wheel begins to spin.

Here we go!

The wheel stops on Istar — Astarte — in a —- CENTROPOLIS STREET FIGHT! Wow! Will this match favor the Centran, Istar?

Deva orders Istar and Astarte to report to the streets of Vega, where an entire block has been transformed to simulate the streets of Centropolis!

* Astarte (2) defeats Istar in a CENTROPOLIS STREET FIGHT using GREATNESS DAWNS (+2) to put Istar (3) through the windshield of Sonny Rocket’s classic cruiser. ***

Sonny freaks out at the damage, blaming Istar and kicking him in the head.

The Gambler goes round and round!

* Catfight (4) beats Moonlight in comeback fashion w FELINE FURY (+4) in a HARDCORE TITAN DEATH MATCH. ***

At one point color commentator Chameleon left her seat to break up a pin after ABSOLUTE PARDON, but Moonlight made her pay. After the match. Catfight helps Chameleon to her feet and back to her color commentary chair.

There is a major commotion backstage when Gladiator Insurrection arrive!

Gladiator Insurrection are stopped in their tracks by Deva and her army of security guards, dressed sharply in three piece suits and dark sunglasses. Deva welcomes MONOLITH & Havoc to her show. Deva doesn’t want any trouble, and to prove it, she says Gladiator Insurrection will skip the random process of being chosen to compete by being guaranteed a match tonight.

“Call it a welcoming gift.” says Deva. But Deva can’t guarantee the match will be against FDF Tradition or for the belts. “That’s up to the Gambler.”

MONOLITH & Havoc share a glance, temporarily satisfied with Deva’s offering.

An Aethran Growler lands just a few minutes later. Out steps the Dark Menace, some Aethran Soldiers & GWF HEAVY METAL CHAMPION - Apex!

Apex parts a group of Deva’s security guards like the Red Sea and enters the arena.

The Galactic Gambler spins again and everybody - including Deva - prepare for a treat when it lands on HelSin —- the Perfect Specimen — PICTOR FOUR CORNERS MATCH!

* HelSin (4) tortures the Perfect Specimen (12) in a PICTOR FOUR CORNERS MATCH. Spec fought back with crazy determination, stopping HelSin from successfully touching all four turnbuckles many times, until he passed out from blood loss.

HelSin traps Spec in a Stiff Arm Crowbar and drags him to all four corners for the win. *****

* Witch (2) defeats Chameleon (4) in a BARBED-WIRE GUTAR STICK MATCH after a barbed-wire cross body block. *** 1/2

It took the ladies a little while to find their way in this match, but once the barbed wire Gutar stick came out, things got wild and the fans went nuts.

The Gambler spits out two more wrestlers in Deva’s top 5 when GWF INTERPLANETARY CHAMPION Tempest and Saber are randomly selected.

* Tempest (4) retains the GWF INTERPLANETARY TITLE pinning Saber (3) in a LEPUS STUN ROD MATCH, choking out Saber w the Rod and pinning him. *** 1/2

* Former tag team partners are randomly selected to fight in a LAST MAN STANDING MATCH when Vacant (9) outlasts Mr. Everything (10) using SPINECRACKER to keep MRE down for the count. *****

* Pardon defeats Splash (3) w FUTURE ENDEAVORS in a HYDRA LUMBERJACK MATCH where Pardon’s Cult and Deva’s sharp-dressed security team acted as the lumberjacks. **

Despite his slow start in the ring, Splash is an exciting young star whom Deva is already showing great bias towards.
