ICON Vs ICON
Wolf came to the ring first. His brow was curved with anger and intensity. In the ring, he stalked back and forth like a caged animal waiting to strike. He never looked at Endgame during the introductions, but you could tell he was hell-bent on tearing down the myth surrounding Endgame.
Endgame himself came to the ring looking extemely focused. His eyes never left Wolf. This was representative of their respective careers in many ways. Wolf used his berserker rage to fuel his in-ring accomplishments, Endgame was a student of self-discipline.
The bell rang and they traded some lower level moves until Endgame got the upper hand. He hit 3 Rydeen Bombs in a row and scored the first near-fall. As he went for a deathjump, Wolf caught him and went for a pinfall, evening things up. Wolf hit a slicing kick that scored him another nearfall and then tossed Endgame to the outside where Endgame regained control. Soon Wolf rolled back out and rammed Endgame into the announcer's table and tossed him back inside. Wolf then leaped off the top turnbuckle with a deathjump, but Endgame moved at the last second. Wolf hit the mat hard and by the time he regained his senses, it was too late. He was locked in the middle of the ring in the ROLLING FIGURE-FOUR.
-New Beginnings Icon Endgame defeats the Icon of a past era Wolf
Endgame raises his fists in victory, then with an eye on the recovering Wolf, rolls out of the ring so Wolf can have possibly his final moment in a GWF ring.
The fans rise and give Wolf a standing ovation as he smiles, a small tear in his eye, waves to the crowd, does a "OooWWWWWW!" and finally makes his way up the ramp and behind the curtain.
End of Show.
