CPC PRESIDENTIAL TITLE TOURNAMENT
ROUND ONE
Totalis the Tournament Master vs. Absalom
Absalom put up a nice offense, but it was Totalis who won with the FINAL ROUND to advance
to the next round.
Parox vs. CPC Warrior
CPC Warrior had Parox in trouble most of the match. Parox somehow mounted a comeback
and won with BRING THE PAIN to advance to the next round.
Mino Rusuki vs. Champion of M83
Mino didn't stand a chance in this match and lost to BULLSEYE.
Powermonger vs. Carson P. Century
This was a really great match with plenty of action. Mr. CPC was about to win with his Time Tested Piledriver, but got distracted by Powermonger's ringside ally Amanda the Relentless. This was all Powermonger needed to win his match with the DIVINE FORCE to advance to the next round.
Viggo vs. Rolex
The brute strength of Viggo had Rolex on the defense through most of the match. But the strange effect of TICKING CLOCK was enough to get the job done. Rolex later hit the MEMENTO MORI while Viggo was on his offensive onslaught to win the match.
Dar Gova vs. Dr. Payne
Dr. Payne was in no mood for the pre-match ranting and raving of Dar Gova and quickly defeated him with KO TEMPLE CLAW.
Tyberius Cota vs. Magnifico
This was another great match. In the end, it was Tyberius with FALL OF THE REPUBLIC to
win the match and advance to the next round.
Lt. Yusef vs. T.K.
Yusef attacked T.K. From behind and won the match with the CTA CRUSHER. T.K. Should
have been more alert.
Marcus Colby vs. Tombstone
Marcus thought it was going to be a breeze for him. He was going to invoke his powers of CPC Zone owner to challenge the winner of the CPC Presidential Tournament. Well it didn't turn out that easy for him as Tombstone really worked over Marcus. This beating continued until Tombstone was ready to put Marcus away with his TOMBSTONE finisher. Yusef distracted Tombstone long enough for Marcus to slap on his COLBY POWER CLAMP. Marcus Colby escapes by the skin of his teeth.
ROUND TWO
Totalis the Tournament Master vs. Parox
In a great display of ability, it was Totalis who came out the winner with FINAL ROUND to win
this hard fought match.
Champion of M83 vs. Powermonger
Powermonger barely won this match with Power Strike to advance to the next round.
Rolex vs. Dr. Payne
Dr. Payne was ready for Rolex and won the match with KO TEMPLE CLAW.
Tyberius Cota vs. Lt. Yusef
This was perhaps another great match. Yusef took a lot of punishment, but won with his CTA
CRUSHER.
Marcus Colby receives bye.
ROUND THREE
Totalis the Tournament Master vs. Powermonger
The battle for greed and fame. Totalis was on quite an offense. Even going as far as hitting
Powermonger with two FINAL ROUND finishers. But a failed deathjump attempt was all Powermonger needed to recover and he countered with DIVINE FORCE to win this great match. This was a very close match as we have not heard the last of Totalis.
Dr. Payne vs. Lt. Yusef
Dr. Payne's quest to be a duel champion has come to an end for now. It took everything Yusef
had to defeat Dr. Payne with the CTA CRUSHER to advance in perhaps the championship
final.
Marcus Colby receives bye.
CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL - Part One
Powermonger vs. Lt. Yusef
In what was voted by the fans to be the greatest match in the tournament. Yusef could not put
away Powermonger. With two Krakan Skullcrushers, a CTA Sickle, a Falling Face Slam, and a couple of CTA CRUSHERS was even enough to win. Powermonger was well conditioned for battle. In the end, it was Powermonger with the Assassin Earth Shaker to win the match. The CPC Presidential Title was not awarded yet as Powermonger had to face just one more
challenge left......Marcus Colby!
CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL - Part Two
Powermonger vs. Marcus Colby
Marcus used his ownership powers to get bye after bye and reach the title final. He needed the break bad since Tombstone worked him over earlier. The two fought a very clean match with no interference. And when Tombstone tried to attack Marcus again, he was met by Amanda the Relentless, Lt. Yusef, and Champion of M83. Marcus did manage to slap on a
COLBY POWER CLAMP. Powermonger won the match and the CPC Presidential Title with a
Power Strike. It was agreed that a rematch will take place on the next CPC Zone card. And
like businessmen, they shook hands.
CPC PRESIDENTIAL TAG TITLE TOURNAMENT
ROUND ONE
Halfblood & Creed vs. Indigo & The Zealot
The battle for the CPC Presidental Tag Titles started with these two well talented teams. Halfblood won the match for his team when he defeated Indigo with PUREBLOOD.
Lt. Yusef & Marcus Colby vs. Thayne & Konari
It was the great teamwork of Colby and Yusef that kept Konari in their corner. Marcus won the
match with the COLBY POWER CLAMP.
Jupiter & Mars vs. Onami & Ahnu
Mars won this match for his team with THE RISE AND FALL on Onami. The duo of Jupiter and Mars advances to the next round.
Parox & Magnifico vs. Benedict & Raze
Parox made short work of Benedict and won with BRING THE PAIN.
ROUND TWO
Halfblood & Creed vs. Lt. Yusef & Marcus Colby
This was a dogfight from the opening bell. Creed got disqualified in the match. Colby and Yusef advances to the championship final.
Jupiter & Mars vs. Parox & Magnifico
In a fast faced match, Mars won the match for his team with THE RISE AND FALL on Parox.
Jupiter and Mars advances to the championship final.
CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL
Lt. Yusef & Marcus Colby vs. Jupiter & Mars
In this great match, it was Yusef who won the match for the team by defeating Jupiter with the
CTA CRUSHER. The first ever CPC Presidental Tag Titles was awarded to the team of Lt. Yusef and Marcus Colby.
