No cards yet either but a big plan for matches when they do.

Curses, no cards today. Where is their origination point? Hopefully tomorrow. Work mailroom which has their own special mail room at the post office. Everything goes through security scanners, X-Ray etc because of all the high-level stuff that passes through there. Usually two stops before they go out so hopefully very very soon for all. Keep saying this but hoping today is a good day for lots of fans expecting packs. π€

Kinda reminds me of the good ol' days before tracking when I'd be eagerly awaiting the magic Filsinger envelope, not getting it, then shaking my fist towards the heavens while screaming "NOOOOOOOOO!!" Maybe tomorrow. I should have been clearer with my last post. By location, I meant what state are these coming from? That used to be a good barometer of how long the waiting may be. Also, here in smoggy PA, we are getting the smoky fallout of the Canadian wildfires, perhaps that's slowing things down in this area as well. Mike

They're coming from Michigan and haven't yet arrived to the most important house in Michigan (mine!) And yes, our air quality here is terrible too right now.

Just how many ppl live in Michigan? I am in southwest Michigan in a quaint little town called Bronson, cradled right between Sturgis and Coldwater.
Oh, and I am still waiting on my delivery. Maybe today!

Welp, just used the new cards and some crazy memories already being made. Hades debuted in the Rigel Rumble taking out Nikolai w KING OF HADES but was eliminated by Omega and TOMAHAWK THRUST! The fans went wild seeing Omega eliminate Hades from the Rumble!
But the biggest shock of all was Ghost entering 29 and winning the Rumble! He made the last four eliminations (Omega, Chaos Supreme, Siege & Shayne) to do it.
Now Ghost faces Pegasus at Galactamania for the Crown of Kronos!
Heck of a showing by Ghost!

So rolling matches between Hades and Ghost, Hades & Ghost vs. Turk & Bart, I was convinced to dive back into Kronos!
No idea when I will hate time to roll matches for it as I am loving my mainline fed, but when I get some time, I will absolutely be running some matches between Chaos Supreme, Omega, and the rest!
Awesome cards, Rob!

I had 3 off the books matches with Hades...
Vs Omega - Hades won Vs Chaos - Chaos won Vs Pegasus - Pegasus won
All 3 matches were won via finisher and all 3 were dominatiated by the winner. The match vs Omega was the longest match. Omega couldnt get any sustained offense going. Those 2 add 1s for Hades are big for him.
Chaos and Pegasus matches pretty much went the same. Despite Hades getting the jump on offense, Chaos and Pegasus reversed and got on lvl 3 offense and stayed there.
Despite his bad luck in 2 of those matches, Hades has impressive elite stats. This is the type of card I had hoped he had way back when the 2079 set was first released. It's a shame Tom decided to handcap Morpheus in favor of the sneaky, politicing, self dealing, narcissistic nepotist, Omega. Outstanding job Rob.

Pegasus was the very first Kronos character I ever created and Hades was my most recent. No power creep on Kronos. Very proud of that. πͺ

Pegasus was the very first Kronos character I ever created and Hades was my most recent. No power creep on Kronos. Very proud of that. πͺ When you consider that a guy like Cosmos, who is "2087 Good Guy Thantos" with only 1 or 2 changes on the card, can dominate at the elite level on Kronos is proof of that. Chaos Kronos card is terriffic, and I prefer the current Alpha Stone mechanic to what Tom originally came up with. I get why he did it, but I very shortly ditched that mechanic and played Chaos "powered up" thru the entirety of the match. Now what I like best with the Hades card, is it's really got my noggin joggin. I don't really do huge angles, or much real writing for my feds. I book everything W/WWF circa late 70's to early 80s style, conservative, with only occasional mega angles. Now is the time for one of those. Hades is going straight for Omega, but Omega, being something of a weasel in disguise, is sure to (along with his unwitting toadie Solaris) "innocently" throw some obstacles in Hades way. Ultimately, this angle, no matter who wins or loses, will expose Omega as not being quite the "honorable competitor" that he portrays himself as, and more the conniving jerk he actually is. 30 years in the making... I can finally run the angle I had given some thought to way back in the early 90s (I've never been a "mark" for Omega, he hung on for so long he went from an elite of the elite to absolute jobber status, and he's forever shoving his damn kids down everyones throat...and a liar to boot!). This is going to be my Sammartino/Zbyszko. I can't wait. Oh, that's another thing, when I do run a big angle, I "write" around the dice. I've got the ending in mind, and that does not change, only how I get there.
