I'm leaving now to go attend No Way Out. I think I have a pretty good seat because I'm sitting in Row F and I'm all fired up because this sounds like a great PPV and I'm a big WWE fan.
I also hope everyone who watches No Way Out tonight has a good time. We'll have to share our thoughts about the PPV here on this board later tonight.

WWE No Way Out PPV match-by match coverage w/big celebrity angle with Mayweather
by Dave Meltzer
Dave@wrestlingobserver.com
Welcome to our live coverage of No Way Out from the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, the final PPV before Wrestlemania.
We're looking for your thoughts on tonight's show, so you can leave a thumbs up, thumbs down or thumbs in the middle along with a best and worst match to dave@wrestlingobserver.com
Chavo Guerrero vs. C.M. Punk for the ECW title opens the show.
Short match. Punk missed a huracanrana off the top and Guerrero used a frog splash for a clean pin. People seemed kind of stunned it ended like this.
Rey Mysterio did a promo. They announced Vickie wasn't there and showed Rey's torn right biceps. Floyd Mayweather showed up and said he was supporting Mysterio to win the title. The crowd booed Mayweather.
Smackdown elimination chamber is next up.
Taker vs. Batista opened. V was the next in and he was pinned after Undertaker gave him a DDT on the metal apronn and Batista pinned him.
Taker used a gogoplata on Khali. Khali bled from the mouth to sell it. They got the bums out. People didn't react to the move and the match has sucked up to this point.
MVP was choke slammed by Undertaker off the top of the pod and Finlay pinned him.
Finlay was pinned after Undertaker choke slammed him over the top rope onto the metal.
Taker vs. Batista are both juiced and the final two. Undertaker pinned Batista with a tombstone piledriver in the middle. Crowd clearly for Undertaker and booed Batista. Last few minutes were good, but of all the Elimination Chamber matches in history, probably the second worst.
Teddy Long banned Hawkins & Ryder from ringside during Edge vs. Mysterio. With Vickie Guerrero not there, Teddy is in charge. Edge looked suddenly a whole lot bigger.
Ric Flair vs. Mr. Kennedy is up next.
Flair won a short match with the figure four. Decent match.
Edge vs. Rey Mysterio for the World title is next.
They did a 5:00 match ending when Mysterio did a springboard and was caught with a spear by Edge. I hope he gets a good payoff for risking his career to get over other people's angles.
Big Show is back. They did an angle where Show started as a face, then attacked Mysterio. He dared Mayweather to come in as he went to choke slam. Mayweather came in. Show shoved him. They kept holding Mayweather back. Show got on his knees. Mayweather punched Show two or three times bare knuckle on the button. Mayweather busted his nose and his mouth and then Mayweather and his posse ran off. Show was bleeding all over the place. Pretty damn good angle that people will be talking about, particularly with all the blood.
Randy Orton vs. John Cena is up next for the WWE title.

Orton punched the ref for the DQ. Very hot crowd. Technicaly Cena's brawling looked bad here, but storytelling was good. I'd presume Cena will be in a three-way at Mania for the title by the way it went down.

Raw chamber match is next.
They're shaving time because they are running long.
Jericho pinned JBL with the codebreaker
JBL with a chair shot to Jericho, Michaels and Umaga before he left.
It's down to HHH vs. Hardy. Umaga took everyone's finish, finally a swanton off the top of the pod and Jericho pinned him.
Then Michaels superkicked Jericho and Hardy pinned Jericho
Hardy w/twist of fate on Michaels and HHH pinned Shawn after a pedigree.
This match is great.
Hardy kicked out of a pedigree, but HHH blocked a twist of fate and won with a pedigree on a chair.
Rumor is TGBITG Global Mod Mr. Vegas, who attended the event live, will have an exclusive report on the board soon.

Well that may have been the most paint-by-numbers PPV ever.

Really good show tonight.
I was disappointed with Hardy losing in the EC, but the fact that I was standing in my living room yelling when he kicked out of the Pedigree is proof that everybody involved did what they were supposed to do tonight.
As expected, Undertaker won the Smackdown EC. The build for him and Edge should be cool, and I'm interested to see where Batista goes from here, as he doesn't seem to have a ready-made match for Wrestlemania.
The Mayweather-Big Show angle looks really good. The confrontation looked legit and there are several ways they could go. The fact that Show and Floyd are both very charismatic performers gives this possible feud a lot of potential.
Cena-Orton was entertaining, but Cena did look a little rusty tonight.
Ric Flair showed again tonight why he is arguably the best to ever step in the ring. He's damn near 60 and still capable of going out and having a tremendous match with anyone.
The suddeness in which both the ECW and Smackdown title matches ended was surprising but understandable, especially in Rey's case.
All in all, this was a very good show that lived up to my expectations.

I thought it was predictable in some ways, but a hell of a show. Probably one of the best B shows I've seen. Lots of near falls and big kick outs, big spots and the Meriwether- Show thing was plain awesome. My biggest joy was seeing Umaga get put over so strong after a half year of losing basically all of his matches. Looking forward to a W via the Spike at Mania vs. JBL.
I give it a strong B +.
