Shayne makes his triumphant return to the GWF! He clenches his fists as a green electric energy force temporarily engulfs his body. Somewhere in a heavily guarded hospital room on Kroll, the Dark Menace watches his master plan begin to unfold.

* Shayne levels the Perfect Specimen (2) w an overly powerful SHOWDOWN (+3). **

It’s a statement win! Shayne looks tougher than ever!

* Stallion defeats Saber (3) w LUCKY HORSESHOE. **

* The Perfect Specimen (3) defeats Stallion by submission w PINNACLE OF SUCCESS. ***

* Saber (1) knocks out Spec (3) with SONIC WAVE. ***

* Shayne hits Stallion with SHOWDOWN (+3) but the young Stallion kicks out both times! Shayne questions his added abilities, shifting to EYE 4 EYE and finally gets the pin. ****

Shayne is poised to sweep the bracket!

* Saber (2) pulls off one of the biggest upsets in IT history, smashing Shayne (2) with SABER CHOP and getting the stunning pinfall victory. ****

Promoter note: Crazy drama here as Shayne hits Saber w Frontier Justice consecutive times and gets stern warnings from the referee both times. Typically in IT the refs (me) let the wrestlers fight (two rolls for chart disqualifications) but no tolerance for breaking rules inside of the ring (one roll disqualification moves and finishers). Shayne presses his luck big time (he was actually disqualified twice in a row and I made a judgement call letting it go) and karma bites him in the ass when Saber makes a comeback outside of the ring, then hits SABER CHOP for the stunning win, proving as always the dice do not lie, and won’t let you forget it!

It all comes down to Grand Master vs HelSin - a mega match that has been brewing all year.

* Grand Master (4) hits HERO’S JOURNEY, and after HelSin (5) survives….the galaxy braces to see if HelSin will unleash EQUALIZER.

It’s an incredibly tense few moments, and when HelSin chooses to not use EQUALIZER - it proves he believes Grand Master is free from the grips of Godsend and truly a changed man.

It also proves to be Helsin’s downfall when Grand Master fights back to hit HERO’S JOURNEY again, and take the bracket. *****

The buzz: New GWF Galactic Champion Grand Master makes his triumphant return to Castliex after winning IMPOSSIBLE TOURNAMENT!

The show opens with new GWF GALACTIC CHAMPION Grand Master already standing in the ring. He has the attention of the entire crowd. He declares that the winds of change are coming for Deva. He motions his hand in the air and a large group of wrestlers head to ringside and surround the ring.

Lady Grand Master leads the the Galaxian Royal Court to ringside. Exo-King, Killer Queen, Havoc, Death Knight, Burning Man, Ygorr, and Krud all surround the ring. Their attention is 100% on Grand Master.

The crowd is taken aback when Demon Godsend is the last man down the ramp, dragging behind the rest of the group. He is in a somber mood.

Demon Godsend takes his time walking to the ring, reluctant to join the rest of the group. But he finally does, makes his way toward Grand Master - and falls to his knees.

Demon Godsend accepts defeat by bowing at the feet of Grand Master.

“I’m sorry, my Lord.”

Grand Master is a forgiving hero. He helps Demon Godsend to his feet and embraces him.

Demon Godsend wipes tears from his eyes, and officially takes his place in the Galaxian Royal Court.

Grand Master officially labels Demon Godsend as the Court Wizard.

“Your magic will be used for good now.” promises Grand Master.

The crowd gasps when the Foundation come out next. Fans assume that Vizir, Sentinel and Moog are here to confront Grand Master and the Galaxian Royal Court, but instead both Sentinel and Moog join Demon Godsend in a reconciliation with their former leader, and fall to their knees at the feet of Grand Master!

A pleasant smile comes over the face of Grand Master. He orders Sentinel and Moog to rise. He offers them both forgiveness and assigns them as official Galaxian Royal Court Guards.

Moog & Sentinel take their place in the growing Royal Court.

It’s a defiant move in the face of Deva as Grand Master assembles a giant faction! Can Deva do anything about it?

Grand Master speaks.

“Not everybody here sees eye to eye with each other. Some of them here don’t see eye to eye with me. But we have all decided to put our differences aside and defend Castilex until the end of time. What happened with the Gladiators will never happen here again.”

The Castilex crowd roars in approval for Grand Master!

But Vizir is not ready to join in the celebration, or accept defeat and join the massive Royal Court. He says the warrior spirit inside of him would rather die than surrender.

Vizir challenges Grand Master for the GWF Galactic Title and Full Control of both the Galaxian Royal Court and Castliex!

Grand Master is amused.

He accepts Vizir’s challenge under one condition.

“If you lose, you accept defeat, and accept a spot on my team as the Court Elder. While you show foolishness now, your wise ways will be a strong guide for the Court in the future.”

Vizir is insulted, but accepts Grand Master’s counter-offer.

Grand Master versus Vizir for the GWF title and control of Castilex is our huge main event tonight!

Grand Master makes a subtle head tilt and all the wrestlers turn their attention away from him, do a 180 and face the ramp like an army protecting their leader.

Grand Master and his massive legion of followers exit back up the ramp to a chorus of cheers from the crowd, treated like the biggest heroes in the GWF.

* Demon Godsend (3) defeats Stallion (7) w Witch using Presence of Terror. *****

* Tempest (4) pins Burning Man (3) after a LOW TIDES. *** 1/2

* Castliex squash Out of This World w Kralla when Istar (1) can’t kick out of Castilex Combo Cutter. *

Orrus intentionally does not make the PIN save, expecting Istar to kick out, and when he doesn’t, Orrus is repulsed. After the match, a disgusted Orrus storms off without a word to Istar or Kralla.

* Bloody Marry (3) defeats Lady Grand Master (6), choking LGM out with her veil. **** 1/2

* The Basilisk (3) storms out of the Jungles of Castilex, ravaging Havoc (8) and winning with a big spear out of nowhere. *****

The crowd erupts when Shayne comes out for the next match, surrounded by an electric green glow, indicating his deal with the Dark Menace isn’t over yet!

* Shayne (5) starts the match with extreme stamina, but it’s of no use against his career-rival. MONOLITH rolls over the Real Ordeal, winning w I BREAK YOU! ***

* GWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS Power Is Everything look unstoppable, defeating Royal Uprising in a CHAMPIONSHIP SLINGSHOT MATCH w HANGING JUDGE on Death Knight (6). ***

Who will end the year at the top of the GWF mountain - Will it be Deva and her New Vibe wrestlers ready to take the fed into the future? Or will it be veterans in war, Grand Master and the Galaxian Royal Court who finally prove too strong for Deva and her army of aspiring superstars?

Let’s hit the ring and find out!

Pyrotechnic rockets shoot into the air, exploding in the skies high above the Sea of Eternal Flames.

Sonny Rocket is here!

And he’s not alone.

Sonny leads a group of wrestlers to the ring.

Mad Maxus, Workrate, Blur, Forge and an unknown female wrestler never seen before all follow Sonny Rocket into the ring.

Sonny says 2139 will be the most productive year ever, announcing that he has signed FOUR new wrestlers to the Rocket Men!

How does Sonny do it - handling so many different responsibilities, crushing them all and never missing a deadline?

Cameras pan to the backstage area where Riot Girl and Astarte are watching the action in the ring on a floating Vid-Cam.

Riot Girl is pacing the room, screaming at Astarte. She pops a handful of anxiety meds and slams a large glass of wine.

Riot Girl: I can’t even!

Astarte says nothing, standing with his arms crossed, fixated on the screen.

Riot Girl goes on and on about how much she hates Sonny Rocket. About how Sonny was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and about what a stupid schmuck he is working so hard at everything.

Riot Girl: What kind of loser works 40 plus hours a week? What a slave to the system!

Astarte continues to be zoned out, while zoned in watching his former team in the ring.

Sonny announces his newest Rocket Men one by one. FTR Champion Workrate, Blur, Forge and Glory, a female wrestler from Brahe.

It’s a stunning turn of events with career rivals Workrate & Blur pausing their feud to join forced on the Rocket Men.

But the good vibes don’t stop there! Sonny is holding a new contract deal in his hands for the greatest tag team in FTR history - Mad Maxus!

“You guys definitely earned it!” says Sonny.

It’s an awkward moment when Totally Awesome & the Electric Axe hesitate to sign their new deals with Sonny & the Rocket Men…

But before Sonny can get an explanation, he and the rest of the Rocket Men are interrupted by…

Splash!

The king of bling heads to the ring accompanied by two behemoths he introduces as Barys & Agdluak - New Horizons!

Splash says New Horizons are the most recent graduates from the School of the Citadel, and they’re looking for a fight!

Splash challenges any two Rocket Men to wrestle New Horizons right now!

Sonny turns to Mad Maxus, but Totally Awesome & Axe have already jumped out of the ring and retreated.

Immediately, Workrate & Blur step up to the challenge, and our opening match is on!

* New Horizons is disqualified when Barys (1) attacks Blur (2) w his ice pick weapon.

Blur is left hurt after the match. Even though this was a L in their debut, this looked like a statement for Splash & New Horizons.

Cameras pan backstage again where Shayne is in his locker room talking to someone on his wrist telecom.

It’s the Dark Menace!

Shayne seems frustrated, maybe even annoyed.

Shayne: But you said you were going to be here? The fans want to see you.

Dark Menace: I know! I know. Something came up. But my guys will handle everything. It will be just like I’m there myself.

Shayne: Your guys? What guys?

Dark Menace: They should be there any minute. They’ll know what to do.

All of a sudden there is a loud knock on the door.

THUD! THUD! THUD!!!!

The door comes crashing down!

It’s Mass & Crust!

Crust’s jaw drops at the sight of Shayne.

Crust: It’s you! OMG! It’s you! The Real Ordeal! The Last Man Standing After Showdown! It is an honor, sir!

Crust is absolutely star-struck by the legend.

Mass just stands there, breathing heavily and drooling on himself.

He picks up Shayne’s whip and sniffs it.

Shayne: Do me one favor, don’t sniff my whip, okay?

Mass: Oh, you don’t have to worry about that!

Shayne: Thanks.

Mass immediately goes back to sniffing Shayne’s whip like the forgetful boob he is.

Shayne sighs and speaks out loud to himself: I’m hurt, I’m old, I’m tired, and I work with fucking children.

Shayne looks back down to his wrist telecom, but it’s too late. The Dark Menace is tuned out and gone.

Can Eugenics Project replace him at ringside with Shayne vs MONOLITH?

THE FINAL SHOWDOWN OF THE YEAR!

* Shayne (2) w Eugenics Project defeats MONOLITH (4) with SHOWDOWN back-to-back times after winning a brawl outside of the ring.

It’s a career-defining moment for Shayne, and quite possibly the last time we will see MONOLITH in a GWF ring. The fans on Brymstone give the big man a standing ovation as he exits left for maybe the final time.

Meanwhile, Crust & Mass stand on the stage in the spotlight with the legend, Shayne.

Shayne ends 2138 on a high note despite not having the extra powers supplied to him by the Dark Menace.

The rabid Brymstone crowd buzzes when Pardon & Ygorr square off in the middle of the ring.

But Pardon is distracted as the mysterious ghost ship continues its pursuit towards shore…

* Pardon finally finishes a courageous, but over-matched Ygorr (3) w a reverse superplex as the ship edges closer…

* Orrus knocks Burning Man out with Evolution Elbows to the disappointment of the Brymstone crowd.

* Istar eliminates Death Knight (3) w NECK SNAP SUPLEX.

* Stallion pins Demon Godsend w Planet Shaker out of nowhere!

Demon Godsend grovels at the feet of Grand Master, incessantly apologizing for letting him down.

* The Perfect Specimen ends Havoc’s (5) run of terror, trapping him in PINNACLE OF SUCCESS.

* Titan Power brutalizes Krud (4) and pins him after HANGING JUDGE.

* Titan Power eliminates Moog (4), who took a lot of damage once Sentinel was eliminated earlier in the match.

Deva is delighted with her chances!

But it’s at that moment that the ghost ship finally hits shore!

Pardon is a wreck with worry as the Brymstone fans cheer with excitement!

Captain Crossbones is here in the GWF!!

Captain Crossbones & Pardon go at it in the middle of the ring as the crowd roars!

It takes over twenty of Deva’s best dressed security guards to break up the brawl, but not before Captain Crossbones lays a wicked beating on Pardon, leaving him down and fatigued.

The Brymstone crowd roars with approval as Captain Crossbones escapes Deva’s guards and re-boards his ship and take to the seas again!

* Exo-King fights back to take out Titan Power (4) w a Liberation Lance.

* Spec finishes Exo-King (7) w PINNACLE OF SUCCESS.
