From Fed HQ
Creating a bootleg card with stats and art of a real world wrestler (ie. Randy Savage) and then placing the Filsinger Games copyright/trademark information on the bottom of the card as a credit.
In this example the subject of the card (Randy Savage) has not given permission for his likeness to be reproduced. There is no reason for that information to appear anywhere on the card.
IT MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED ON THE CARD THAT THE game play system comes from FILSINGER GAMES. It should always be stressed to everyone you distribute your game cards to that the content is designed to work with COTG, LOW and Filsinger Games. That can be accomplished without unintentionally misleading the same users of those cards.
Important FAQ:
Q: When a game card is released that is not an official Filsinger Games product, how should my product be noted in the handbook or on the back of the card if the card comes with no handbook?
A: WORDING FOR GAME CARD: This not an official Filsinger Games product. This card wasdesigned by 'Your Name' with written permission from Filsinger Games.
WORDING FOR HANDBOOK: This game edition is not an official Filsinger Games product. This game edition was designed by 'Your Name' with written permission from Filsinger Games.
Q: Should 'Filsinger Games (c)' be placed on the *front* of the card as well?
A: NO. JUST THE DISCLAIMERS LISTED ABOVE.
Going forward, please keep this in mind. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

So, for example, producing a set of off-center cards on different colored construction paper, putting all of the Filsinger Games copyright info on the fronts, and writing "(Name of set) is a product of Filsinger Games" on the cover of the booklet is a no-no.
