I am thinking in merging all my feds into one. ROH, CZW, CWFH, PWG.... well all these indy feds I have and so many titles. I think I am going to build a core group of guys and then have the others rotate in and out to keep things fresh. I am thinking of using the NWA for the name as to make a (Marvel Universe) type reality where the NWA continued as it was with Crockett being the most visual. But then I thought maybe this is a good chance to do my own fed... but I have never in 30 years have been able to come up with a name that I liked well enough to run with. Then I thought of taking the IWGP and making it a fed of it's own because I always loved that name. Stupid ocd is getting to me.... I need a nap.

Dude, it's a great idea! Don't let the schematics of putting it together overwhelm you. I just recently tried this with Top 10 Wrestling, and I like to call it a mixed success. I'm revisiting the concept now, and I'll share with you some of the thought processes I am going through, in hopes that you get back on track with the idea.
1) Use the 5 minute brainstorm - it's a technique I picked up in creative writing classes. For 5 minutes (or 10, or whatever number you are comfortable with), just start writing down any names or ideas for your new fed. Do not dwell on what you right down. You are literally going to write down an idea and move on. A lot of times with writing down ideas, we stop to judge or evaluate the idea on the spot, and it can derail the creative process. Just write and go until time is up. THEN, you can evaluate your ideas and find which one sticks out.
2) This is a recipe you may be making from scratch - there are so many great wrestlers and characters to use from Filsinger Games. Each one of them has a unique ring approach, look, attitude, and energy. You have the option of following an established recipe of sorts with these characters (ie, a hardcore themed fed, a lucha libre inspired fed, etc.), but you also have the option of making a recipe from scratch. Don't be afraid to simply put the cards face up on the table, and just look at the groups as a whole. There is no wrong way to do this. Do whatever it takes to get a fed together that you like.
3) What is your motivation? - not to get all actor-y with it, but also take the time to think about what is going to drive the thread. Is it going to be championship gold? Is it going to be making it to the top of the company? Is it the feuds? The matches? Once you figure out what is important in the thread, you can use those items to propel things forward and play off of them. Think of it as a Ten Commandments or a Galactic Code. And feel free to break it whenever is needed, but make sure that breaking it is an event.
I can't wait to see what you come up with!
