WEDNESDAY NIGHT WARS TV TAPING
Wednesday Feb. 18, 2009
HEW Arena; Huber Heights, OH
ANNOUNCERS: "The Brain" Chris Kurtis & Les Thatcher
The show opens to the "Barnestormer" David Barnes stepping into the ring with his manager, Tina Ambrose, and taking the microphone from ring announcer Gumbo Malone.
"BARNESTORMER": On Friday February 27 at the Hara Arena, the HEW will present its second annual
Hacked cyber pay-per-view, and our quote, unquote, "beloved" HEW Heavyweight champion Rory Fox will take to what he believes will be the friendly skies, but he's going to quickly realize that once he's reached his cruising altitude he's already entered into the "no-fly zone", and he's going to become just another bogey in my sights. I've got my Tomahawks and Sparrows locked on target and ready to fire. And once I've splashed this bandit, I'll return to Mother Earth with my second HEW Heavyweight ti...(Rory Fox and Patrick Black enter the ring, along with the rest of the Black Militia, including Amber O'Neal.)
PATRICK BLACK: What in the hell makes you think that you're anywhere in Rory Fox's league, let alone worthy to be the next HEW Heavyweight champion?
"BARNESTORMER": How about the fact...
PATRICK BLACK: How about the fact that just because you may still own some small part of this company you think that it gives you the right to put yourself in any title match you want, is that what you were going to say? Of course it is. Well, pal, our illustrious champ has decided that you don't deserve a title shot, and therefore he's not going to give you one at
Hacked!"BARNESTORMER": Oh really? Well, since the HEW Championship committee has already decided I'm the #1 contender, I think that they're the ones who have a say in who gets title shots and when said titles will be defended. And yes, I still own a small portion of this promotion, but I don't own enough stock in this company to "call my own shots", as you've so delicately put it. In fact, I only own 10 percent of the company. But I digress. Rory, any time you want to stray into the "no-fly zone" and see if you've got what it takes to go "head-to-head" with the "Ace pilot of the HEW," I'm not "bugging out".
RORY FOX: Why don't you speak plain English so all of these idiots in the audience can understand you.
"BARNESTORMER": OK, and I'll use small words so even
you can understand. Any time, any place you want your ass kicked, I'm right here. Is that plain enough for you? (HEW General Manager Tim Shaw enters the ring)
TIM SHAW: Mr. Barnes, I think you've made it very plain. And since Rory Fox and Patrick Black are certain you don't deserve a title shot on February 27, you can give them a little demonstration right now in a non-title match. And just to make sure that there's no interference by any other member of the Black Militia, security, please escort, Dick Rick, Benjamin Kimera, Shawn Osborne and Amber O'Neal back to the locker room. Only Patrick Black and Ms. Ambrose will be allowed to remain at ringside for their repective wrestlers. (HEW Security escort the rest of the Black Militia out of the ring and back up the ramp to the locker room.) Now, let's get an official out here and ring the bell. (Newly signed HEW referee Nate Karns enters the ring and calls for the bell.)

Les Thatcher runs down the remaining matches for tonight's show:
1. The "Burning One" Nate Flames take on "Simply Sexy" Shawn Blaze in a special challenge match. It seems Nate's not to happy with Shawn putting his friend Shaun Blaise out of action and wants to exact a little revenge of his own.
2. Matt Shock takes on the "Prodigy" Eric Fallen.
3. In the main event, substituting for the tag match between Faith In Nothing and the A-Squad, according to HEW by-laws, Virus must defend the HEW Television title against former champion Race Steele. If Steele fails to re-capture the belt, he will be force to wait until April 18 or later to make another challenge.
