NB Card 86 - GWF WARZONE Amazon Arena; Bellatrix, Orion
The shows opens with a replay of Epoch’s horrific attack on the Galactic Champion Tauran. After the footage is complete, a live Holovision feed slowly zooms in on the injured Tauran, who is recovering at his home in Equuleus. Endgame, Anivar and Ensor are sitting in the background.
Tauran: Fans of the GWF, thank you so much for your cards and letters, and your wishes for my speedy recovery. I will keep my comments as brief as possible this evening. While my injuries are not career threatening, they are still severe enough to the point that the doctors have told me I should not compete at Cosmic Clash.
However, I refuse to concede defeat, and I’m going to work and train as hard as I can to be able to compete. I know Epoch’s plan was to keep me from fighting at the pay-per-view, but I’m not going to give him the satisfaction. I don’t care if I’ve got only one arm and one leg; if I can make my way down the aisle into the ring, I’m going to do it. Win or lose, Tauran doesn’t back down, Tauran doesn’t quit.
Thank you again to all of my fans, and my FDF friends here supporting me. Hopefully you’ll be seeing me at Cosmic Clash.
End of video feed.
DragonMaster: Wow! How can Tauran even think of wrestling at Cosmic Clash after the injuries he sustained?
Vanity: Besting Monolith is no easy feat for a wrestler at their peak, with him being injured Monolith will squash him like a grape.
DragonMaster: You have to admire his intestinal fortitude, though. He refused to back down.
Vanity: Courageous or stupid, take your pick.
Swarm vs. Gryt - A surprisingly strong performace by Gryt, who battled the whole way, kicking out of several big moves from the Ani-Man. After a lengthy fight, Swarm takes the win with HORNET'S STING. (*** 1/2) Winner: Swarm
Phantasy vs. Rotunda - Mostly a squash. Phantasy with SWEET SUICIDE for the easy win. (* 1/2) Winner: Phantasy
Disaster vs. Tanck - Disaster falls flat, as Tanck stuns the Aethran, forcing him to tap to the Iron Man Vise. Since beating Monolith earlier in the year, Disaster has lost 4 of his last 5 matches. (** 1/2) Winner: Tanck
Payback vs. Panther Warrior - The man who beat Disaster on the last WarZone battled the rookie Ani-Man. Panther Warrior took to the air early, taking the upper hand in the match. Payback found a brief opening, and it was all he needed, landing EXVENGE for the win. (** 1/2) Winner: Payback
VIDCAM: Pride is hanging out backstage when American Guy walks by, stopping right in front of him. American Guy briefly glares at Pride, before shaking his head and walking away.
Stars & Stripes vs. Troubleshooters - A huge Milky Way Tag Tournament match, as the Muss & The Bomb held a 10 point lead over Stars & Stripes, with this being the final match of the 3rd series (out of 4.) Either American Guy & U.S. Male would move into a tie for the lead with just 3 matches per team remaining, or they would fall further behind. American Guy started the match off with The Bomb, tossing him around the ring before tagging U.S. Male in, who proceeded to do the same. Muss finally gets the hot tag and soon thereafter U.S. Male is felled by TROUBLE TIMES TWO. (** 1/2) Winners: The Troubleshooters
Nosfera vs. Morbid- Decent match, which sees Nosfera take the win with THE DEMON'S BREATH. (** 1/2) Winner: Nosfera
Inter-Planetary Title Match Amazing Mann (ch) vs. Valour - The recent, although short-lived, Galactic Champion looks off his game in this one, as Valour controlled the tempo. Action spilled to the outside, and Amazing Mann couldn't meet the 10 count. (** 1/2) Winner via count-out: Valour
Commissioner Massif is in the ring.
Massif: Getting right to the point, the upcoming Cosmic Clash pay-per-view will take place at the legendary Mira Ceti War Memorial on Cetus, where the first family of wrestling will all be in attendance. The main event is currently scheduled to be Galactic Champion Tauran defending against Monolith. However, due to Tauran’s injury at the hands of Epoch – which I’ll address in a few moments – that match is up in the air. Tauran stated earlier tonight that he plans on competing, but if he is unable to go, I’ll unfortunately have to strip him of the belt and make other arrangements for the main event.
Other matches set in stone for the show include Sly Drury versus Ensor and Payback challending Amazing Mann for the Inter-Planetary Title. Tonight’s main event, pitting Divided We Fall against Rage & Paralyze in a Titan Death Match, will determine who faces The Master Race for the tag titles at Cosmic Clash. The rest of the card will be announced soon.
Now, on to Epoch. Due to his sickening attack on Tauran, I have suspended him for the next five cards. As Sly Drury, Kill Prey and Monolith did not participate in the attack, I cannot impose a suspension against them, however they have been fined and given a strong warning not to engage in any similar acts in the future.
Best of wishes go out to Tauran for a speedy recovery.
Steele Freak vs. Monolith - U.S. Champion Steele Freak put up a fight, but couldn't gain much ground against Monolith in this non-title match. Monolith wins it with the Monolith Torture Rack. (**) Winner: Monolith
Titan Death Match Divided We Fall vs. Rage & Paralyze - Another "disaster" for the Gladiators as Rage gets pummeled in this total squash by DWF. Encubus gets the pin with the GAMEMASTER DDT. (*) Winners: Divided We Fall

GWFZ Card 14 Regulus Civic Stadium, Leo
Hegemony bursts into Max Shield’s office where the GWFZ Commissioner is in conversation with the Z’s head trainer Star Warrior. Hegemony immediately begins doing what he does best: annoy the hell out of people.
Hegemony: Look, it’s time for you guys to recognize and appreciate the greatest talent in the GWFZ – me. I’ve been patient as a pair of ignorant and less talented wrestlers – Morbid and Ensor – have been promoted to the GWF, but enough is enough. I am Hegemony, the smartest man in the galaxy! I implore you two to talk to Commissioner Massif and get me a GWF contract.
Star Warrior: It’s not that easy Hegemony. Your training is not yet complete.
Hegemony: Not yet complete? There’s nothing you can teach me, old fool.
Max Shield: He certainly hasn’t taught you how to win consistently. You’ve won only 4 of your 12 matches in the GWFZ.
Hegemony: Yeah, yeah, whatever. You’re just jealous because I am more of an intellectual than you are. Tell me, Star Warrior how can you justify sending some savage who barely talks and a guy that can’t stand you on to the GWF?
Star Warrior: Morbid has done his talking in the ring. As a former GWFZ Champ, he certainly earned the right to a tryout in the GWF and he’s done fairly well. As for Ensor, it is true that he doesn’t respect me, and quite frankly I don’t blame him. I’ve made my share of mistakes and part of the burden I bear for how I lived in the past is that some people no longer trust and respect me. Hopefully someday I’ll be able to make up for what I’ve done. Of course, you’re not really concerned about that anyway.
Hegemony: Nope. You’re just another inferior simpleton to me. Someday I’ll eclipse all of your GWF records – if you people ever give me the chance!
Max Shield: Look, I’m sure you’ve heard about our battle royal tonight. All you need to do is be one of the last two men remaining, and you get a spot in the tag team battle royal on the GWF’s upcoming pay-per-view, COSMIC CLASH. You want your shot at the GWF, there it is. But, I’m going to do you one better. I’m going to give you one extra chance. I kinda feel like wrestling tonight, since I haven’t done so the past couple of shows. So tonight, it’s going to be Max Shield against Hegemony. If you win, I’ll give Massif a call and you’ll have your GWF contract. If I win, well, let’s just say if you ever enter my office again without permission, you’ll be fired!
Battle Royal (last 2 men standing earn the right to compete in the tag team battle royal at COSMIC CLASH)
- Order of elimination - Dark Star Creature (by Sledgend) Leviathan (by The Legacy) The Legacy (by Sledgend) Hegemony (by Surgeon) Pride (by Assassin X) Cuddley Claw (by Overtime) Sledgend (by Surgeon) Assassin X (by Overtime) Symbiote (by Dr. Payne) Overtime (by Surgeon) Winners: Dr. Payne & Surgeon
- Nightmare Nikki forced Lorelei to tap to GOTHIC NIGHTMARE (****)
- Sledgend defeated Symbiote by DQ (* 1/2)
- Overtime used THE CLINCHER to get past Leviathan (***)
- U.S. Male, Pride & Cuddley Claw defeated Big Things & Assassin X when U.S. Male pinned The Betrayer (****)
- Surgeon squashed The Legacy (*)
- Max Shield pinned Hegemony after a cross body block from the top rope (*** 1/2)
- Varsity beat Dr. Payne with P.C.D. to win the GWFZ Title! (****)

VIDCAM: In Massif’s office a few hours before Cosmic Clash. Massif is seated at his desk, with Star Warrior on the opposite side.
Massif: This is going to be a great event. I can’t thank you and Omega enough for all of your help organizing everything.
Star Warrior: We’re always glad to help out, and it’s always special holding a GWF show here on Cetus. I’m very proud that 4 of my GWFZ wrestlers are on the card.
Massif: They’ve all earned it. I’m sure we’ll be seeing more of the Zone stars in action here in the GWF.
Star Warrior: Except Hegemony, right?
Massif: Yes, except him.
(both men laugh)
Massif: But seriously, if he earns it, he’s got a spot. Until then, well, as long as he keeps annoying you, me, and Max, he’s not getting a look unless he starts dominating the Z.
Star Warrior: He did put on a good match against Max last week, but certainly an attitude adjustment is in order. He said he would still show up here tonight, but we’ve got security on the lookout – he won’t make it into the building.
Massif: Yeah, but I have an idea…Why don’t you invite him to WarZone? I think I’ve got just the thing for him…

NB Card 88 - COSMIC CLASH Mira Ceti War Memorial, Cetus
Tanck vs. Dead Ringer - Dead Ringer falls flat, as Tanck takes the opening match with his finisher. (* 1/2) Winner: Tanck
Women's Title Match Sultana (ch) vs. Phantasy - Good match, with back and forth action. The champ retains after a shoulder and arm suplex. (*** 1/2) Winner: Sultana
Tag Team Battle Royal Participants: Troubleshooters, Stars & Stripes, TitanGlory, Claws & Knives, Antak & Plethador, Big Things, Dr. Payne & Surgeon
- Order of elimination - Claws & Knives (Scimitar tossed by American Guy) Stars & Stripes (American Guy disposed of by The Bomb) Titan Glory (Reckless dumped by The Betrayer) Dr. Payne & Surgeon (The Troubleshooters combine to remove Dr. Payne) Antak & Plethador (Plethador thrown out by The Betrayer) Big Things (Muss pitches Gryt) Winners: Troubleshooters
VidCam: Vidtek spies on Stars & Stripes in their locker room.
American Guy: Damnit Mark, where were you?
U.S. Male: What are you talking about?
American Guy: When The Bomb threw me out. Why didn’t you make the save?
U.S. Male: I was battling on the other side of the ring.
American Guy: Sure you were. You just didn’t have your head in it. You’ve been like that quite a bit lately, it’s why were trailing in the Milky Way Tag Tournament.
After a quick knock on the door, Pride enters the locker room.
Pride: Hey guys.
U.S. Male: What’s up, Pride?
American Guy: (sarcastically) What’s up, Pride? Who cares what’s up with Pride. More like, what the hell do you want?
U.S. Male: What is your problem?
American Guy: You are my problem. This idiot (pointing at Pride) is my problem. Since you became all buddy-buddy with this indy punk, you’ve been neglecting to focus on us. You remember us right, Stars & Stripes?
U.S. Male: I haven’t lost anything. On the other hand, you, my friend, you’re losing your mind.
American Guy: No, I’m the one focused on our success. Someone has to be.
Pride: Guys, easy, there’s no reason to fight with each other.
American Guy: Who asked you anyway? I’m sick of you hanging around our locker room, and I’m sick of you luring Mark into GWFZ matches. So, guess what? You want to be a GWF wrestler so bad? Fine. I’ll get you your first official GWF match at the next WarZone. It’ll be Pride against …American Guy!
Sly Drury vs. Ensor - In a fantastic match, the young Ensor matched the veteran Drury move for move. Despite a heroic performance from the youngster, Drury finally hits a super piledriver to get the cover. After the match, the Cetus crowd popped huge for Ensor and his valiant effort. (**** 1/2) Winner: Sly Drury
United Stars Title Match Cosmic Cage/Tirion Triple Threat Match Steele Freak (ch) vs. Morbid vs. Nosfera - Short bout, with the champ hammering Nosfera with FRENZIED HEAD SLAMS to get the win. (* 1/2) Winner: Steele Freak
VidCam: Anivar and Tauran are in the FDF locker room.
Anivar: You don’t need to do this Tauran. I’ll wrestle Monolith. You’re just risking getting injured even more.
Tauran: I appreciate your concern, Anivar, but you know I have to do this. I take great pride in being the Galactic Champion. Besides, if I fail to compete, then Epoch wins. He attacked me hoping I’d have to humiliate myself by having to forfeit this match. It’s not going to happen. I’ll go give it my all, and win or lose, I’ll hold my head up high.
Anivar: I understand. Just be careful. I’ll be at ringside with you to keep an eye on the Dark Menace.
Earth Ladder Match Swarm vs. Tricks - Good action between the arch-rivals, with the ladder coming into play multiple times, busting both combatants open. Swarm climbs the ladder and grabs the rod, but as he does, Tricks knocks the ladder down, with Swarm dropping therod and falling onto Tricks. The Ani-Man makes it to his feet first, and grabs the rod for the win! (*** 1/2) Winner: Swarm
Inter-Planetary Title Match Amazing Mann (ch) vs. Payback - After some solid performances recently, Payback fails to deliver here. After twice missing EXVENGE, Amazing Mann locks in CONTORTION, forcing the challenger to tap. (**) Winner: Amazing Mann
Best of 3 Falls Titan Death Match Endgame vs. Kill Prey - Endgame puts in a dominating performance, hitting ULTIMA LEAP for the win in the first fall and quickly following that up with a Top Rope Catapult to take the second fall. (* 1/2) Winner: Endgame
VidCam: Vidtek is interviewing The Troubleshooters.
Vidtek: Congratulations on winning the tag team battle royal. I had a feeling you two would take it down.
Muss: Thank you, Vidtek. I’m glad someone around here recognizes our greatness.
Vidtek: Hey, you guys have always been my favorite tag team. So now you have a tag team title shot at SOLAR FLARE locked up. How does that feel?
The Bomb: Excellent. We’ve been focused on the Milky Way Tournament so far this year, but with that soon to be over, we’re ready to reclaim our rightful place at the top of the tag team charts.
Vidtek: And it looks as if you’ll win the Milky Way Tag Tournament.
Muss: It’s our to lose right now. The money will be nice, but the glory of defeating Stars & Stripes will be equally satisfying.
Vidtek: Good luck in the rest of the tag tournament, and good luck with the tag title shot at SOLAR FLARE!
Galactic Tag Team Title Match Master Race (ch) vs. Divided We Fall - Super short match, with Zygon pouding on Encubus to start the match, and then scoring the pin after a knee breaker. Horribly disappointing effort by DWF. (*) Winners: Master Race
Galactic Title Match Tauran (ch) vs. Monolith - Most fans predicted that Monolith would have little trouble wrestling the belt away from the injured champ. However, Tauran put up the fight of his life, time after time refusing to go down to his larger foe, even kicking out of THE END OF ALL THINGS. Tauran turned the match around and got a good deal of offense of his own in, knocking Monolith around the ring. The challenger regained control and threw everything he had at the champ, but Tauran again refused to be beaten. In the end, however, despite an incredibly inspirational performance, Monolith used a Crashing Stampede to defeat the exhausted champion in the best match of 2121! (*****) Winner and new Galactic Champion: Monolith

NB Card 89 - GWF WARZONE Mira Galaxy Dome, Cetus
VidCam: Hegemony is walking into the Mira Galaxy Dome, gleefully waving a sheet of paper as he approaches the security guard at the door.
Hegemony: Remove yourself from my way, please. This here is a signed notice from Commissioner Massif, begging me to appear at WarZone tonight.
The guard moves out of the way as Dead Ringer unknowingly approaches Hegemony from behind.
Dead Ringer: Look at me!!!
Hegemony turns around.
Dead Ringer: You’re pathetic!!!
Dead Ringer then picks Hegemony up and delivers SEVEN YEARS BAD LUCK! The GWF security guard looks unfazed as Dead Ringer enters the building, leaving Hegemony on the ground dazed and confused.
VidCam: Several minutes later in Massif’s office, the Commissioner and Star Warrior are talking.
Star Warrior: So what exactly do you have planned for Hegemony tonight? I’m dying to know.
Massif: Oh, a simple handicap match, him against Rage & Paralyze.
Star Warrior (laughing): Man, that’s brutal. Have you told him yet?
Massif: No. He was supposed to be here 10 minutes ago, too. Maybe a handicap match is too cruel. I’m sure I could scare up a tag team partner for him, or even better, I’ll be his partner!
Star Warrior: You?
Massif: Well, not really his partner. When he goes to tag me in, I can smack him in the head!
Both men laugh for several seconds, when the bruised and battered figure of Hegemony bursts into the office!
Massif: Running late, are we?
Hegemony: Very funny. I take it this was obviously some sort of set-up, right?
Massif: What are you talking about?
Hegemony: Yeah, play like you are ignorant, it’s what you do best. Fine, I’ll indulge you then. Just as I was entering the building, Dead Ringer attacked me, just like you ordered him to.
Massif: I assure you I had nothing to do with that.
Hegemony: Of course not. You certainly wouldn’t attempt to lure me to the arena tonight by telling me I would compete in my first GWF match.
Massif: Exactly. I would not do that. You are indeed scheduled for your first GWF match this evening.
Hegemony: Seriously?
Massif: Seriously. You’ve got the fourth match on the show. Go get ready.
Hegemony leaves, as Massif and Star Warrior share another laugh.
Disaster vs. Slave Beast- Slave Beast puts up a solid fight against his bigger foe before getting counted outside the ring. (** 1/2) Winner by count-out: Disaster
Pride vs. American Guy - First GWF match for Pride, but he proves little match for his more experienced foe. American Guy gets the win via AMERICAN FIREPOWER. (* 1/2) Winner: American Guy
Panther Warrior vs. Morbid - Panther Warrior, while over with the fans, continues to fail to impress in the ring. Morbid gets a quick and easy win with MORBIDLY CRUEL. (*) Winner: Morbid
Commissioner Massif comes out to the ring.
Massif: Ladies and gentlemen, I wanted to introduce this match personally. From Earth, weighing 241 pounds, Hegemony!
VidCam: In the locker room, where Hegemony is about to make his way down to the ring.
Hegemony exits his locker room, when he is attacked from behind! The assailant then shoves Hegemony into a closet and locks it from the outside!
Meanwhile, back in the ring, an impatient Massif waits for Hegemony’s arrival.
Massif: Hegemony! (pause) Hegemony, get out here! This is your big moment. What are you waiting for?
After about 30 seconds, Rage and Paralyze make their way down to the ring.
Paralyze: What’s the deal, Massif? You promised us a match. Where is this Hegemony punk?
Massif: I have no idea.
Rage: Well we want a match.
Paralyze: Get us an opponent out here.
Massif: Who do you expect me to order out here on such short notice?
Paralyze: I don’t care. Any team in the back, I don’t care who you are, get out here right now!
Another 30 seconds go by, before Dr. Payne and Surgeon answer the challenge!
Rage & Paralyze vs. Dr. Payne & Surgeon - After competing in the tag team battle royal at Cosmic Clash, Dr. Payne and Surgeon hung around Cetus for WarZone and get the opportunity of a lifetime when the Gladiators needed an opponent. The GWFZ duo score one of the GWF's biggest upsets when Surgeon pins Rage after FINAL CUT!!! The struggles of Rage & Paralyze continue. (** 1/2) Winners: Dr. Payne & Surgeon
United Stars Title Match Steele Freak (ch) vs. Tanck - Good match between the two. Tanck has been impressive recently and his run continues here, as he uses the Iron Man Vise to wrest the US belt away from Steele Freak. (***) Winner and new United Stars Champion: Tanck
Troubleshooters vs. Big Things - Muss & The Bomb can clinch the Milky Way Tag Tournament with any kind of win here. The duo do just that, taking little time in disposing of Big Things, who are still winless in 2121. (* 1/2) Winners: The Troubleshooters
VidCam: Mother Superior corners Massif in the locker room.
Mother Superior: Massif, I want another title shot for Bloodline and Encubus. Last night was a fluke. They deserve another chance after all that has happened in their lives.
Massif: They had their chance at Cosmic Clash. Besides the Master Race aren’t even here.
Mother Superior: Bloodline and Encubus are the best tag team in the GWF, and you know it. Give them another chance.
Massif: Fine, whatever. Next WarZone, it’ll be Divided We Fall against the Troubleshooters. If your guys win, they get another title shot.
Inter-Planetary Title Match Amazing Mann (ch) vs. Valour - Valour brutalized the champ from post to post and ringside table to ringside table. The champ absorbed tons of punishment, numerous times needing Vin Strutter's help to hang in there. Valour's offense proved to be too much, though, and a tombstone side power bomb gave Valour the IP Title. (*** 1/2) Winner and new Inter-Planetary Champion: Valour
Galactic Title Match Monolith (ch) vs. Anivar - Monolith's first title defense was a total squash. THE END OF ALL THINGS quickly ended Anivar. (*) Winner: Monolith
VidCam: Massif and Star Warrior are searching the back for signs of Hegemony.
Massif: I’ve looked everywhere. I wonder what happened to him.
Star Warrior: Who knows?
The two hear faint pounding from behind a nearby door. Star Warrior walks over to it and turns the handle, but it’s locked. He calls over a janitor, who unlocks the door. Hegemony stumbles out the door and crashes to the floor.
Massif: There you are. What were you doing in that closet? You missed your match!
Hegemony (breathing heavily): Come on, you aren’t going to continue to deny that this is all your doing? Ordering Dead Ringer to attack me and then to have someone lock me in a closet?
Massif: I had nothing to do with any of this. Who locked you in the closet? Dead Ringer?
Hegemony: I have no idea who it was, and I doubt you’ll do anything to find out either.
Endgame & Ensor vs. Kill Prey & Sly Drury - Ensor battled Drury hard to open the match, but the veteran finally took control and tagged in Kill Prey, who finished off the youngster with a Bounty Skullcrusher. (* 1/2) Winners: Kill Prey & Sly Drury

GWFZ Card 15 Pollux Starfire Arena, Gemini
Hegemony and Max Shield are in conversation in the GWFZ Commish’s office.
Hegemony: The way I see it Shield, there are 12 prime suspects. American Guy, because he hates GWFZ guys; Dead Ringer, for obvious reasons; you, Massif and Star Warrior since you all dislike me; Monolith and Steele Freak because they’re both monsters who like beating people up; Rage & Paralyze so they didn’t have to face me in the ring; Swarm, since I hear he’s been engaging in negative discourse regarding me; Symbiote, because he attacked me at GalaxyMania; Tricks, because he likes to play tricks on people; and Valour, since he has a history of being somewhat insane.
Max Shield: That’s 13 people, Hegemony.
Hegemony: I’m counting Rage & Paralyze as one, since together they equal one brain.
Max Shield: I’ll be sure to let them know you said that.
Hegemony: Whatever. Anyways, what are you going to do about finding out which one locked me in the closet?
Max Shield: Me? Why should I do anything?
Hegemony: You are a commissioner. I’m sure part of your duty is to uphold law and order in the locker room area.
Max Shield: I am the GWFZ commissioner. This incident took place at GWF show, therefore I have no power, or interest, in taking care of this problem.
Hegemony: Oh, come on. You are supposed to stand for truth and justice and all that nonsense.
Max Shield: Look, I don’t have time to talk about this right now. With Morbid, Ensor, Dr. Payne and Surgeon all traveling with the GWF right now, I’m wrestling again tonight, so I need to get ready. However, I will tell you this much: neither Symbiote nor myself were at WarZone, so you can cross both of us off your little suspects list. Now get out of my office, you’ve got your own match to worry about tonight!
