Today is a big day for me fans. November 23rd 2009 I received my heart transplant. Today is the day I've decided to sit down and write a letter to the donor family. Words cannot describe how different this is than anything I've ever written before. Wish me luck big bros.

I couldn't even imagine what I'd say, but I can understand why you want to say it. If you speak from the heart (no pun intended), you won't need luck. But good luck, anyway.

Swarm, Anyone who has known you for a while knows that you say exactly what's on your mind and let people know exactly how you feel. Sure at times that has rubbed people the wrong way, but on the flip side, when you've given positive comments on anything they also come across as very genuine and sincere. Write exactly what you would say to them if you saw them in person on the spot, and I am sure they will appreciate it just as much as your friends in this community have come to appreciate you. Good luck, you'll do fine.
