Just got finished. Think it turned out really well. It feels like a weight lifted off me. It will be interesting to see if anD how they respond.
I also want to thank everyone who wished me well during this latest surgery. All signs point to me finally being able to put all of this behind me and move on with my life. I'm doing exceptionally well, hitting the gym everyday, sometimes twice a day for cardio sessions of 7-15 miles each time. My body weight went from 240lbs. to 225lbs. All that extra weight was water retention due to the flail valve. I've never felt better physically, mentally or spiritually.
Thanks again for all the support! You guys and this board is the best group of friends in the galaxy! Been that way since we opened shop and always will be. STRONG!

Thanks. It really wasn't an ordeal. The transplant last year was, but this last surgery was nothing, really. I hope I'm not making it sound like it was a big deal. All the real stuff was cleaned up a long time ago.

I don't think I ever showed you guys this. I came across it again recently. I can't believe how sick I looked back then. I'm thankful every day for everything I have but watching this again really hits home and keeps me motivated. abclocal.go.com/kabc/story?section=news/health/your_health&id=7240561Life is precious. Puts things into perspective considering how far I've come since this interview.
